Pros:

The hotel is very well located, on a beautiful beach with white sand and crystal clear water. It is very good for small children.
The staff are very nice, especially Tonino at the restaurant who is hard working, cordinating everything very well, you can see he is a professional. He is smiling all the time and makes you feel very welcome. I also noticed how hard working is Enrico.
The rooms are nice and big and they clean them every day.

A little piece of heaven to relax.
Pros:

Lovely chilled atmosphere, lovely gardens, super breakfast setup. Beach is just across the road where the hotel has a lovely area laid out for guests.

Cons:

Tow is about a 20 minute walk. There is a local bus running on the hour but it ends at 9.30 pm.

È un angolo di pace, silenzio, bellissima spiaggia e ha tutti i servizi

Cons:

È stato tutto fantastico. Un piccolo plus: aggiungere un bagno esterno magari in spiaggia, per evitare di dover tornare all'hotel per i servizi.

Extremely rude - definitely not a 4 star luxury experience
Pros:

Insanely rude. A member of the staff on the beach was verbally (and almost phisically) aggressive with my family, including a 7 months pregnant wife. While I was going to complain to the general director, the person followed me saying “I’ve been here for 12 years, I can’t be fired even if you complain”. Completely incompatible with a “4 star luxury” hotel. Location in theory beautiful, but beach infested with algae and they don’t clean them, that is very different from other beaches in the area. Stay away.

Farniente au Paradis grâce à l’équipe de l’hôtel Simius Playa
Pros:

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de pur bonheur. J’ai rarement été aussi satisfaite d’un hôtel. Le personnel est fantastique et hyper réactif en plus d’être très professionnel. L’établissement jouit d’une position stratégique et remarquable. La propreté y est impressionnante. La qualité du restaurant est également à mettre en avant. La plage est superbe et tres bien gérée. La décoration très cosy apporte aussi beaucoup lors du séjour. Petite big up pour Antonio le maître d’hôtel qui est exceptionnel. Enrico n’est pas en reste et ils forment une bonne équipe. D’ailleurs tout le staff mérite d’être salué tant leur efficacité et leur gentillesse sont magnifiques. A l’année prochaine et merci

Lovely stay and would recommend.
Pros:

We had a lovely stay at the Hotel Simius Playa, Great location by the sea and just 15/20 min walk to the village.
Spacious room with sea view and little balcony for the sunset. Live music by the poll in the early evening. Staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

The only negative point for me is to have to pay for sun loungers even though we are staying in the hotel.
