Príjemné prekvapenie hneď po príchode
Pros:

Naša dovolenka v tomto hoteli bola úžasná a určite sa sem radi vrátime. Hneď po príchode nás čakalo veľmi milé prekvapenie – hotel nám bezplatne udelil upgrade izby do vyššej kategórie. Pôvodne sme nemali rezervovanú izbu s výhľadom na more, no dostali sme jednu z najkrajších izieb s nádherným výhľadom na more, veľkým balkónom a priestrannou izbou. Bolo to od hotela veľmi pekné gesto, ktoré nám spríjemnilo celý pobyt.

Strava bola výborná, s veľkým výberom jedál na raňajky, obed aj večeru. Každý si vedel nájsť to svoje. V rámci all inclusive bol dostatok alkoholických aj nealkoholických nápojov. Jedinou drobnosťou bolo, že all inclusive bar nebol priamo na pláži, ale v areáli rezortu. Keďže bol vzdialený len približne 40 metrov od pláže, vôbec to nepredstavovalo problém.

Jedinou nevýhodou hotela je jeho poloha. Nachádza sa mimo väčšieho centra, takže ak chcete počas dovolenky spoznávať okolie ostrova, je vhodné mať k dispozícii auto. Hotel síce ponúka možnosť prenájmu auta priamo v rezorte, no v našom prípade nebolo možné vozidlo vrátiť na letisku v Alghere. Preto sme na dopravu z letiska a späť využili taxi služby, ktoré sú pomerne drahé. S týmto je dobré pri plánovaní dovolenky počítať.

Celkovo však hodnotíme pobyt na výbornú. Oceňujeme ochotný personál, krásne prostredie, čistotu, skvelé služby a príjemnú atmosféru. Hotel môžeme všetkým odporučiť a ďakujeme za krásnu a nezabudnuteľnú dovolenku. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Zusammenfassend war es für mich leider eine große Enttäuschung, dort gewesen zu sein. Das Essen war

Leider hat es mir nicht so viel gefallen, dass ich irgendetwas erwähnen könnte, was in dieser Zeit passiert ist, außer dass ich wieder nach Hause gefahren

In der Beschreibung stand, dass das Hotel sehr tierfreundlich sei, was aber überhaupt nicht stimmte. Leider wurden wir auch dementsprechend behandelt. Teilweise standen wir unter Beobachtung. Wir durften bestimmte Sachen nicht machen, mussten längere Diskussionen mit der Geschäftsführung führen und hatten auch schon angeboten, komplett zu stornieren – was sie aber nicht wollten.

Ganz ehrlich: Erholung ist da schon mal nicht gegeben, wenn man ein Tier besitzt. Und der Knüller war noch, dass sie sagten, wenn man zum Essen oder zum Pool gehen möchte, solle man den Hund am besten im Zimmer lassen. Ich lasse meinen Hund doch nicht im Zimmer bei 30 °C, auch wenn es eine Klimaanlage gibt. Ich mache meinen Urlaub mit meinem Hund, um ihn nicht einfach die ganze Zeit auf dem Zimmer zu lassen – egal ob ich am Pool, am Strand oder beim Essen bin. Was soll ich sonst in diesem Hotel machen?

nie wieder dieses Hotel

Frühstück mäßig. Abend Essen wenig Auswahl und nicht gut.

Ich hatte das Hotel kurzfristig auf der Fähre Gebucht ,und versehentlich wegen Internet Probleme das Zimmer zweimal Gebucht.
Das Hotel war dermaßen unkulant und nicht Hilfsbereit .
Ich musste Beide Zimmer bezahlen .
Nie wieder dieses Hotel .

Le personnel très professionnel et accueillant
Les chambres nettoyées quotidiennement
Par contre à notre arrivée, cela sentait mauvais dans la chambre (le renfermé) et les prises électriques de la salle de bain un peu brangueballantes
La piscine et les animations bien, par une equipe qui fait des efforts pour parler français
La plage bien équipée avec transat et parasols
Par contre un peu loin de tout pourceux qui n'ont pas de voiture
Pour nous, le point negatif est la nourriture au buffet
Nous avons voulu manger le 1er soir (soirée sarde), c'était froid, assez insipide et surtout facturé 35 euros par personne. (Ça ne les valait pas du tout)

Ambiente curato, camere confortevoli e personale sempre cordiale.
Il buffet è sempre stato ben fornito, vario e abbondante con opzioni per tutti i gusti. Piacevoli anche le serate a tema (serata Sarda).
Servizio al bar rapido e sempre con il sorriso.
L’animazione è presente ma mai invadente: il Ferragosto è stato fantastico, tra musica, giochi e spettacoli coinvolgenti.
Una delle cose che ho apprezzato di più sono state le escursioni proposte: molto interessanti e ben organizzate.
Una vacanza all’insegna del relax, del divertimento e della scoperta. Un grazie speciale alla direttrice e a tutto lo staff. Consigliatissimo!

Traumhafte Unterkunft an einem feinsandigen Strand.
Sehr idyllisch, aber etwas abgelegen. Sehr schöne Einrichtung!
Einziger negativer Punkt: Das Frühstück war für unseren Geschmack und Erfahrung, leider sehr begrenzt. Viel Kuchen, dafür war der Rest sehr bescheiden. Zudem hatte das Personal Mühe Toast, Wasser.... nachzufüllen.
