Almost got robbed
Pros:

Poor location. Was walking back to hotel at 1am with my friend and two guys approached him and tried to rip off his chain. Be cautious, you can get robbed. Recommend having the hotel call the police if that occurs. Hotel staff was very kind and nice but be cautious of location.

Custo-benefício que não decepciona.
Pros:

Dos funcionários. Sempre disponíveis e muito cordiais. O quarto é aconchegante e a cama bem confortável. O banheiro também estava limpo e muito organizado com sabonete líquido. As toalhas estavam impecáveis!

Cons:

Senti falta de um frigobar e mais saídas de tomada. Não há um espelho grande. Parece bobagem, mas faz falta quando se está em um hotel. A máquina de café estava quebrada e não havia muitas opções por perto para um café da manhã logo cedo. Não gostei muito das locações do entorno.

You could get robbed
Pros:

Absolutely horrible location. Was walking back at 1 am when I was right in front of the hotel and had two guys approach me and try to rip my chain right off my neck. Hotel was able to do absolutely nothing for me regarding this. Rooms were also disgustingly hot in 60 degree weather.

Eénpersoons hotelkamer voldeed goed voor een - hoofdzakelijk- zakelijk verblijf.
Pros:

Gunstige locatie: dichtbij het centrum (ong. 15-20 min lopen vanaf CS), meeste bezienswaardigheden in het centrum op loopafstand. Mooi gerenoveerde badkamer, schoon, netjes, met kleine doucheplek. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel. Niet functionerende TV werd na 2 dagen verholpen.

Cons:

Ventilatie, luchtverversing in het gebouw. Ruikt naar 'oud gebouw'

A lovely hotel at reasonable prices with very good location and warm staff
Pros:

I am absolutely enchanted by how welcoming the manager was! M. LALANI was an absolute delight in himself, very welcoming and helpful, a lovely man who cares about his guests!

The bed was very comfortable, the room was narrow but still quite welcoming, the bathroom was very clean, and the location is such a delight! Close to all the spots by walk, right next to a metro station, close to Midi/Zuid station, a really lovely place to stay at with very fair prices.

Heartfelt recommendation!

Cons:

The view was not the best (but then again it's a city hotel so it's not really a problem) and the room was a bit narrow, although for the price paid and considering the location, this is not an issue. Rooms have few outlets so bring an extender cord if you can, but the outlet is close to the bed at least.

Le personnel de l'hôtel est avenant et accueillant.

Cons:

Les escaliers à pic (moyennement "sécur"), la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas, la prise en charge bâclée suite à un soucis de réparation...

Personnel perfomant, chalereux , compréhensible, veillent à mieux répondre aux attentes des clients pour un bon confort ! L'hôtel est équipé d'un ascenseur, Wi- fi , ils disposent aussi une pièce pour garder des bagages le temps d'aller se propromener !
