Pros:

The location was great, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly and happy to help. An electric kettle in the room would be a nice added convenience, as I had to ask for hot water each time.

Pros:

Super friendly staff

Cons:

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and my room was directly next to a park where people would play music up until 2 am in the morning. However, this only happened once.
