Great location
Breakfast want the best for a 4 star
The staff are so friendly and helpful.
Changing area on last day was too hot
The look and feel of the hotel was lovely.
The pools are on the smaller side.
We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a very quiet location and was spotless throughout. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were spacious, well presented, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The cocktails in the bar were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
We are in our 40s and felt quite young compared to most of the other guests, so it’s worth bearing in mind that the hotel has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
One thing that does need attention is the bamboo towel rails in the bathroom. None are attached to the wall properly and unfortunately fell, giving my friend a black eye and also hitting me on the head.
Breakfast was nice enough, although the coffee could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing hotel.
El hotel está nuevo, tiene mucha luz y la decoración es preciosa. Y las vistas de la habitación mirando al mar... la disfrutamos muchísimo. Y qué decir del buenísimo olor que sientes según entras. Llegamos pronto y comimos en el restaurante morocco y la verdad que las porciones eran muy copiosas. Calidad-precio excelente. El personal es muy amable, especialmente la recepcionista que estuvo a las mañanas cuando nos alojamos allí, nos ayudó mucho y siempre tenía una sonrisa en la cara (no me acuerdo el nombre, perdón!). Ubicación excelente, muchos restaurantes alrededor y relativamente cerca del ocio nocturno pero sin ruidos. El desayuno tiene muchísimas opciones, cada día podías probar distintas cosas.
El único pero que podría poner sería que el baño tenía mucho espacio pero sin ninguna balda para dejar cosas y tenía puerta corrediza la cual no cerraba del todo, se escuchaba todo.
No había estaciones de agua para poder rellenar las botellas reutilizables
La chambre propre et confortable, petit déjeuner complet et varié et emplacement idéal avec plage juste en face. Le personnel très serviable et compétent.
Tout était excellent.
La salle de bain avec la porte, pas très discret lorsqu’on voyage avec des amis, une vraie porte serait un atout et le lavabo à l’extérieur un peu étonnant mais on s’y habitue.

Pool bei den Floating Zimmern war eiskalt
Schlechter Kaffee beim Frühstück (Kaffeemaschine, kein frisch gemachter Kaffee)
Die Lage war hervorragend und in der Umgebung hat es zahlreiche Restaurants sowie Bars und die kleinen herzigen Boutik Geschäfte sowie andere Läden zum shoppen. Es reicht wenn man Früchstück nimmt wie hatten 2x das Abendessen im Hotel angeschaut was uns nicht überzeugt hat, deswegen reicht Frühstück. Das gute daran ist, dass der Strand ggü ist und man kann auch mal gut im Mittag ins Zimmer was essen oder auf das WC im Lobby. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, vorallem die Aga sie kümmert sich um alles.
Die Zimmer sind zwar räumig, hell und sauber. Wenn man auf das WC geht, welches direkt nebet dem Bett ist und nur eine dünne Schiebetüre hat, man hört alles.
Grosser Kritik: Es gab ins Zimmer kein Wasser. So ne Flasche kostet 50 cent und ich denke lieber fühlt man das jeden Tag auf und rechnet den Preis ins Zimmerpreis auf die +3 Euro sind Wert damit die Gästen sich nicht für Wassser im Zimmer kümmern müssen.
Draussen auf der Terasse würde nie getischt nur drinnen. Man musste selber alles vorbereiten, wenn man draussen sitzen möchte beim Frühstück
Kleinigkeiten die fehlen, daher empfehle ich dieses Hotel und würde wieder kommen.

The demographic of individuals staying here are primarily elderly folks. So if you're young and looking for a place that might be more energetic, I would recommend looking elsewhere. The rooms are small and the one we were in needed some maintenance. Certain parts of the hotel also needed maintenance and seemed like it could use some TLC. Parking is limited and first come first served.
Morgenbuffet var fantastisk med masser af valgmuligheder. Vi kunne ønske os at der blev åbnet op for at man kunne sidde og nyde morgenmaden ud mod vejen og ud mod stranden, når nu udsigten er så fint og vejret så lunt.
Rengøringen af værelset er noget af det bedste vi har oplevet på vores ferier til Mallorca.
Sengene var ikke særlig behagelige at sove i, de var bare bløde og gav ingen støtte til ryggen.
I spisesalen til morgenmad lugtede det meget af cigaretrøg…..og gæster røg ved poolen og ved indgangen til hotellets reception, Det syntes vi er underligt, da hotellet skriver de er et et røgfrit hotel.
