A lovely chilled hotel opposite the brach
Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel’s location is fantastic, right in front of the beach, and cleanliness was very good, which is something I really appreciate.
The staff were polite and answered our questions, but only with the exact information we asked for. As tourists, we would have appreciated a warmer welcome and more helpful recommendations or guidance about the area.
I chose this hotel because I had read so many excellent reviews about the breakfast and facilities. While they were good, they didn’t quite meet the high expectations I had before arriving.
That said, we still enjoyed our stay. If cleanliness and an excellent beachfront location are your priorities, this hotel is a solid choice.
Unfortunately, our room key card stopped working for two days because of a sensor issue. Every time we wanted to enter the room, we had to ask the receptionist to unlock it with the master key. Sometimes we had to wait because there was only one staff member available, which became quite inconvenient.
Even when the sensor issue was ok, the key card would still occasionally stop working. We repeatedly had to go down to the reception to have our access reactivated before returning to our room on the third floor. Having to do this multiple times during our stay became quite frustrating and inconvenient.

Changing area on last day was too hot
We had a lovely stay overall. The hotel is in a very quiet location and was spotless throughout. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived.
The rooms were spacious, well presented, and the beds were extremely comfortable, which made for a great night’s sleep. The cocktails in the bar were excellent and definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
We are in our 40s and felt quite young compared to most of the other guests, so it’s worth bearing in mind that the hotel has a very relaxed and peaceful atmosphere.
One thing that does need attention is the bamboo towel rails in the bathroom. None are attached to the wall properly and unfortunately fell, giving my friend a black eye and also hitting me on the head.
Breakfast was nice enough, although the coffee could be improved. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing hotel.

El hotel está nuevo, tiene mucha luz y la decoración es preciosa. Y las vistas de la habitación mirando al mar... la disfrutamos muchísimo. Y qué decir del buenísimo olor que sientes según entras. Llegamos pronto y comimos en el restaurante morocco y la verdad que las porciones eran muy copiosas. Calidad-precio excelente. El personal es muy amable, especialmente la recepcionista que estuvo a las mañanas cuando nos alojamos allí, nos ayudó mucho y siempre tenía una sonrisa en la cara (no me acuerdo el nombre, perdón!). Ubicación excelente, muchos restaurantes alrededor y relativamente cerca del ocio nocturno pero sin ruidos. El desayuno tiene muchísimas opciones, cada día podías probar distintas cosas.
El único pero que podría poner sería que el baño tenía mucho espacio pero sin ninguna balda para dejar cosas y tenía puerta corrediza la cual no cerraba del todo, se escuchaba todo.
No había estaciones de agua para poder rellenar las botellas reutilizables
