De locatie van het hotel en het uitgebreide ontbijt. Personeel was ook erg vriendelijk.
De te ondiepe zwembaden. Voor een Adults-Only Hotel waren dit gewoon kinderbaden.
No hay parqueadero propio , en las habitaciones no hay mesas de noche,unos troncos de madera apenas.
Para ser un hotel 4 estrellas le falta mucho por hacer. Y tener que pagar por un puesto en la playa ,es el colmo!!
Über die Straße und gleich am Strand. Super Frühstück und Abendessen. Extrem freundliches Personal an Rezeption. Sehr sauber

The property is really nice and clean, perfectly adequate for a 4 star hotel. Staff is kind. Gym is not so equipped so we went to a local gym (if you need weights the hotel gym won’t be sufficient). Location is perfect, you just cross the street at there is a beautiful beach. Lot of restaurants around. Parking can be tricky as there is 12 places for guest and the street behind the street (it’s free), but we always found a place. Buffet breakfast is wonderful! We loved our stay and would come back! Palma is easily accessible, and also beautiful calas around the area. Room was quiet and comfortable.🙏
Gym
Hôtel calme avec un emplacement idéal face à la mer à proximité de restaurants et magasins. Facilité à trouver des transats que ce soit à la plage ou à la piscine de l'hôtel. Petit déjeuner varié. Chambre d'hôtel avec une très bonne pression de l'eau dans la douche ! Très apprécié !
A quelques minutes de Magaluf pour des sorties encore plus animées et proche de Palma pour pouvoir visiter la ville.
Great location and opposite beach .
Very clean
Poor air conditioning , in fact none in reception areas.
Breakfasts were awful - the room was hot and coffee and tea machines so bad , we paid extra to have breakfast in outside restaurants.
The staff were unhelpful on arrival. No one to explain facilities , explain about safe in room etc . No porters available to help with luggage . Lifts did not go to rooms meaning suitcases has to be carried up stairs.

Vi var glade for opholdet og kunne fint finde på at booke hotellet igen.
Fliser i selve poolen kunne godt være lidt bedre rengjort.
Svært at komme med bus ind til Palma. Oplevede flere gange at de var fyldte så fyldte at de kørte forbi stoppestedet (selvfølgelig ikke hotellets skyld)
Staff, posizione e pulizia
Non c’è la porta del bagno (dalle foto si vede che è così ma non ci avevo fatto caso io) pertanto manca totalmente la privacy e il materasso del letto era molto scomodo e/o vecchio.
Great location and comfortable bed
A bit expensive for a room with no sea view
We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The breakfast was very good, and the facilities were excellent. We especially enjoyed the pool, and having the beach just across the road was a fantastic bonus.
Our room was spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our experience and would definitely return. Highly recommended!
What's not to like?
Only one employee in the entire hotel was kind and helpful.
I would like to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
During my entire stay, the bed linen was never changed, and the towels were dirty. The cleanliness of the room was far below the standard I would expect from a four-star hotel.
The photos presented on your website advertise the property as a four-star hotel, but there is another wing that, in my opinion, barely meets a two-star standard, while guests are still charged four-star prices.
Furthermore, I was accommodated in a room designed for guests with disabilities, without being informed or asked beforehand. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, and the overall cleanliness was far from satisfactory.
Most seriously, I returned home with what appear to be flea bites, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the hygiene conditions of the hotel.
Unfortunately, throughout my entire stay, only one employee in the whole hotel was kind and helpful.
I believe the quality of the accommodation and services I received was completely inconsistent with the four-star standard advertised by your hotel. I therefore expect you to take this complaint seriously and provide me with an explanation and an appropriate solution.
