sehr schönes Hotel inklusive Toskana-Feeling
Pros:

Wir hatten uns für 3 Nächte eingebucht und konnten wegen einem familiären Notfall nur 2 nutzen. Das war seitens Hotel auch gar kein Problem. Danke dafür noch einmal. Das Personal war immer ansprechbar und überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren üppig und mit 4 Ladesäulen für E-Autos ebenfalls gut aufgestellt. Diese konnte man kostenfrei nutzen. Ladesäulen waren auf max. 11kW ausgelegt, aber da man ja länger steht passt das auch ;-).
Die Hotelanlage ist sehr weitläufig und bietet einen grandiosen Ausblick auf die Stadt und die Toskana. Viele Sitzmöglichkeiten in der ganzen Anlage laden zum Verweilen ein. Der Bereich für Frühstück und Abendessen ist sehr schön gestaltet und strahlt ein mondäne Atmosphäre aus. Der Blick ins Tal tut sein übriges. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und qualitativ hochwertig. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Auch die Poolanlage ist wunderschön mit gigantischem Blick auf das toskanische Umland.
In die Stadt gelangt man geschickt mit dem Bus 42 bis zur Porta Romanica. Von dort kann man das Zentrum über verschiedene Brücken per Fuß bequem erreichen oder man steigt auf eine andere Buslinie um.
Das Hotel bietet auch kostenpflichtige Taxi-Fahrten mit einem Partnerunternehmen an.
Fast gegenüber des Hotels befindet sich eine urige Location "La Birr'aia di Marignolle" für kleine Snacks und gutes Bier. Einige Biersorten sind selbst gebraut...alles auch sehr Öko. Das hat uns gefallen.
Wenn Florenz, dann wieder hier auf dem Hügel.

Cons:

Das Restaurant ist sehr hochpreisig, aber das Essen ist sehr lecker. Jeden Abend dort essen geht dann ziemlich an die Urlaubskasse ;-).

Frühstück war eher am unteren Level, am TV gibt es kein deutsches oder englisches Wort. Der Pool konnte bei 34Grad Hitze nicht benutzt werden. Bei der Ankunft wollten wir auf der Terrasse essen, aber diese war für eine Privatveranstaltung reserviert. Der Bus zum Hotel fährt vermutlich nur 5x am Tag bis ca. 18:30h und Taxis sind irre schwer zu bekommen weil Florenz ausgebucht ist. Alles in allem war das Hotel in arger Reinfall und ist bis auf die wunderschöne Zufahrt eher zu vermeiden. Wenn man nicht mit eigenem Auto anreist, sollte man dieses Hotel nicht wählen. Achja: Das Personal im Restaurantbereich muss man suchen ...
Wir waren froh, das Hotel nach 3 Nächten verlassen zu dürfen.

2x erst nach 15 Uhr bei unserem Zimmer und zur Krönung am nächsten Tag zwar um 10:45Uhr da, bei uns zum reinigen angefragt, Meine Frau und ich darauf hin raus und in die Stadt, und als wir gegen 13:15 Uhr zurück waren war das Zimmer immer noch nicht fertig, stattdessen durften wir dann bei 36 Grad in der Mittagszeit nochmal 20 Minuten warten bis wir zum frischmachen ins Zimmer konnten.

Ameisen im Zimmer.

Lockere Amaturen im Bad.

Hellhörigkeit der Zimmer. Man hat alles auf den Fluren gehört und auch lautere Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern.

In addition, the property feels more like a farm. I would also like to confirm that when we first entered the selected villa, the smell was extremely bad, and we had to request a change to a better place. However, there were lizards everywhere, and the swimming pool was very dirty. According to the staff, the pool only operates seasonally, which was not clearly explained in advance.

Furthermore, the property is very old and has not been renovated. The flooring, furnishings, and furniture are outdated and worn out. The spa was closed, and there was no staff available there. The breakfast was below average, and overall, I believe that 2 stars is the absolute maximum rating this hotel deserves.

Personal überfordert. Sehr sehr enge Strassen bei der Anfahrt. Schlechter Service für ein 5* Hotel. Insgesamt ein wenig „abgerockt“

Pros:

Das Hotel ist zwar in die Jahre gekommen, aber hat schon einen gewissen Charme. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Die Anfahrt ist etwas schwierig, teilweise sehr enge Straßen. Das Restaurant ist sehr teuer, aber leider ist kein anderes Restaurant in der Nähe, das fußläufig zu erreichen ist.

Albergo 5 stelle a 400€ a notte non aveva una persona per aiutare a portare i bagagli!!!
Nella foto si vede un bel piscina pero in realtà non era funzionante e sporco!!!
Shampoo e … non erano per un albergo 5 stelle
Comunque chi va li paga solo per la posizione secondome! Non per la comodità
