Ottimo potenziale - necessita manutenzione
Pros:

Villa storica immersa nel verde, faciltà di parcheggio interno, personale gentile, buoni i servizi.

Cons:

Camere troppo vecchie, aria condizionata rumorosa, poca manutenzione e bagni anni 80’ mai rivisitati. Per essere un 5 stelle dovrebbe sicuramente avere una manutenzione migliore!

Pros:

Foi tudo muito lindo! O hotel é uma pérola, com uma vista impressionante da cidade de florença. Cafe da manha exepcional, assim como o atendimento dos garçons da piscina e do restaurantes. Os quartos são legais. É muito perto do centro histórico, acredito que no inverno é possivel ir a pé tranquilamente.

Cons:

Falamos do verão europeu, momento em que o calor é intenso e ainda é dia até às 22h. A Piscina fechava às 19h - e no caso, o ambiente ainda estava lindo, com por do sol incrível, mas tínhamos que sair até as 19h. Eu acho que a piscina poderia ter o seu período estendido. Tambem acredito que a descrição dos quartos precisa ser mais fiel ao que tem divulgado. No nosso caso, os quartos eram diferentes do reservados, a gente reclamou e eles trocaram em problema. O atendimento é muito bom.

Affascinante Villa immersa nel verde, ottima per chi vuole un'sola isolata e tranquilla.
Stanza molto ampia e ben arredata, nel complesso molto confortevole.
Buona varietà per la colazione.

Cons:

Chi ha problemi di mobilità deve tenere conto che alcune parti non sono servite da ascensori.
Personale alla reception un poco "asciutta" nel fornire le informazioni essenziali.

Only the staff deserve praise because they did everything they could to please, but management doesn't allow it because the hotel is in need of renovation.

The air conditioning was constantly broken, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The hotel is dilapidated and doesn't even have 3 stars. On a 15-day trip staying in 4 and 5-star hotels, this was the only one that disappointed. It was one of the most expensive and...

Ten obiekt to prawdziwy skarb. Zapierające dech w piersiach widoki na łagodny toskański klimat. Położony w bezpośredniej bliskości Florencji, a równocześnie w pięknej willowej dzielnicy, wśród zieleni i oazy spokoju. Na posesji jest gaj oliwny i uprawa winorośli. Historyczny obiekt wyjątkowo dobrze utrzymany, z licznymi elementami sztuki współczesnej, zaskakująco dobrze komponującymi się z otoczeniem. Obsługa, zwłaszcza w restauracji, na wysokim poziomie, dyskretna i nienarzucająca się, a jednocześnie naturalna i niewymuszona. W łazience wykwintne kosmetyki o trwałym zapachu. Bardzo klimatyczne miejsce z idealną atmosferą do spokojnego relaksu po całodziennym zwiedzaniu fascynującego miasta.

Beautiful location to relax for a weekend.
Pros:

Incredible location and view. Quality amenities and service. Very quite. Quality high-end restaurant. Room and property was beautiful. 20 min taxi ride to downtown.

Pros:

Abendessen auf der Terrasse ist ein muss. Das Frühstück hatte ein vielfältiges Angebot. Die Servicekraft war überdurchschnittlich nett und zuvorkommend. Das AC Laden direkt am Parkplatz war kostenfrei - super Service.

Cons:

Die Dusche war etwas umständlich zu bedienen, schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, das Frühstück war reichlich,

Die Lage ist sehr schön, 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt. Die Zufahrt ist sehr eng, mit einem großen Auto muss man aufpassen.

Cons:

Der Pool war wenig gepflegt, die Terrasse war nicht eingedeckt, die war sehr teuer

The location was beautiful

Cons:

Air conditioning didn’t work very well - and we were in middle of summer - had to change rooms - thankfully there was one available. These were my solutions as they were just going to give me a fan which was only going to push hot air around. It was not great for an expensive hotel. Very expensive restaurant - don’t get room service, the service fee is large.

Lo más bonito es que es un hotel pequeño que tiene mucho encanto. El entorno es maravilloso, con vistas espectaculares y una puesta de sol preciosa. La piscina fue una maravilla porque tuvimos ola de calor.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado de la habitación era insuficiente y nos tuvieron que colocar además unos ventiladores.
