Service… every aspect was excellent, the doorman the desk clerks, the spa, the restaurant s were all friendly and efficient.
Nothing
They extra charged for breakfast. We were never told we have to pay extra before. We ate. Then they came up with stories that there was only one person on the reservation. After charging 400$ a night. Very cheap hotel. The Marriott next door is way better
The room was impeccably clean and well maintained.
The balcony bar and restaurant has always been one of my favorite places to visit whenever I’m in Nairobi. It never disappoints.
The Italian restaurant was exceptional. Everything was beautifully done and genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The Kenyan breakfast and room service were both amazing.Great quality and consistently well executed.
Two things I disliked:
The Arabian restaurant didn’t meet my expectations at all and I honestly felt scammed. It didn’t feel like Kempinski but I’m glad I tried it so I don’t have to return or recommend it to family and friends.
Some of the gym staff aren’t very friendly and I don’t understand why they stand around doing nothing or talk loudly while others are training.

From the nice ambience to the courteous staff, this hotel delivers a wonderful stay. The breakfast selection is incredibly lavish with plenty of variety to choose from.The rooms are designed in a charming classic style—clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting a good night's rest. While the room footprint could be slightly larger, it serves its purpose well. The property itself is beautifully quiet and uncrowded. I highly enjoyed the peaceful energy of the bar and terrace. I missed out on the pool, gym, and spa this trip, but they are on my list for next time!
Amazing hotel with great spa - we booked it to conclude our safari trip with a relaxing day ahead of flying back home and it was definitely worth it!

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very nice, with many areas, nice spa, very clean. We tried one of the restaurants and the food was very good.
Rooms a little small but comfortable - too close to the freeway and thus a lot of car pollution and noise as soon as you step out
