Beautiful experience every time! The customer service is always exceptional. A special thank you to Alvin and Wycliffe the short guy 😂for their warm welcome, professionalism, and kindness. They always make guests feel valued from the moment they arrive. They truly deserve recognition for their outstanding service.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is very nice, with many areas, nice spa, very clean. We tried one of the restaurants and the food was very good.

Great spot with wonderful staff. The guys at the entrance super helpful with bags and always cheerful. Faifax and Frantz were legends. The breakfast was amazing and Curtis at the juice bar kick started our morning with the best fresh juices.

I cannot express enough how amazing the breakfast staff are here at the Villa Rosa Kempinski. Valery, Christine and Pauline have made my wife (who has limited mobility) feel really special by personally serving her and more impressively 5 days in they know exactly what she wants without her ordering.Chefs Regina and Janet have made her, her own personalized bowl of Wimbi porridge even when it is not on the buffet and the freshly cooked cakes that Chef Stephanie brings around each day are delicious. Christine, Catherine and Pauline have made me feel really welcome too and are totally focussed on making our breakfast a lovely experience. They have helped me with my limited Swahili and not laughed too much (unlike my Kenyan wife) when I get the pronunciation a tad wrong! The rest of the staff have been brilliant too, really welcoming, attentive and kind.
I would thoroughly recommend this team and they all deserve to be rewarded for their amazing service.

Came with my dear hubby for afternoon tea. The atmosphere was outdoors in a magical garden setting. Service was impeccable. Now on to the food. They made my husband’s special order string chai Marsala just the way he likes it. I had two varieties of tea. The tower had many selections of both savory and sweet items. We enjoyed all of it but since there’s so much, we were happy to get carry out boxes. They even served a cake with gorgeous writing saying, “Happy 15th Anniversary!” It was so relaxing and romantic.

Amazing stay at Villa Rosa Kempinski. The whole team was super friendly and welcoming—from security to reception, housekeeping, and the breakfast staff. Everything felt smooth and well taken care of. Special shoutout to Peninah and Derick for being so helpful and accommodating. They really made a difference. Would happily stay here again!

I chose this hotel to spend my last few days in east Africa. Was just great and would come back in the future. Lovely staff and lots of places to eat/hangout. I spent the majority of my time at the pool to decompress.

We celebrated my husband’s graduation with a family lunch at Kempinski Villa Rosa, and it was a truly wonderful experience.
We were a group of 20 guests and had placed our orders in advance. Judith, who works in guest relations, was very helpful and welcoming. She handled our inquiries patiently, showed us around, and made sure everything was well coordinated. Our server, Japeth, managed the meal exceptionally well. Every order was served correctly, and despite the size of our group, everything flowed smoothly.
What stood out most was Judith’s incredible patience, professionalism, and attentiveness, as well as Japeth’s excellent service. They both made sure everyone felt well taken care of throughout the celebration.
Thank you, Judith, Japeth, and the entire team at Kempinski Villa Rosa, for helping make such a special milestone in our family’s life even more memorable. Your excellent service played a big part in the success of our celebration. We look forward to visiting again!

Lovely ambiance with incredibly warm and helpful staff, especially Judye who welcomed us into the facility.

Front desk supervisor Anne and colleagues were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and its rooms are spacious. I also recommend the Italian restaurant.
