Overpriced for the value offered

Cleanliness and the esthetics of the rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast was mid for a high end hotel, facilities are very poor and I wanted to shorten my stay by a day were told I couldn't, blamed it on booking.com was a lie as the property refused the refund. I was charged for a full night stay even though I had to leave. Definitely not going back as it's just an overpriced mid level hotel, definitely going to the Marriott next time I wasn't aware when booking my week stay in Nairobi.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and adequate. The rooms and facilities were very clean. Gym was well equipped. There was a variety of cable TV channels. Staff were nice, polite and helpful. Security is taken seriously.

Cons:

I struggled with noise from moving cars on the expressway. There is a clear need to invest in soundproofing. My room didn’t have an iron.

Fabulous staff, attention to detail, well appointed, professional team producing great results.
Pros:

Breakfast is one of the best, fabulous range of quality foods and changes daily. Room was a good size and well appointed. Bed was big and comfortable, Pool was a modest size however warm and pleasant. Staff here are what sets it apart, they were all pleasant, professional and provided wonderful service always with a smile and alacrity. .

Cons:

Hot water to ensuite fittings took a while to come through and spluttered a bit in the process.

Pros:

Honestly an absolutely excellent massage and spa day. Brilliant. Right from the starting hospitality of the front desk. My massage therapist was Milka. One of the best deep tissue therapists out there. And I have been to quite the number globally. She is fantastic. The sauna is brilliant. Everything is a solid 10/10
