Such a surprise to be at such a beautiful hotel right across from a busy transportation hub!
Pros:

It was an old building that is beautifully restored. It’s a pleasant feeling just looking at how they did the railings. The breakfast is exceptional, and the breakfast room and service are exceptional.

An ideally located hotel with a nice good quality food & very nice staff.
Pros:

We arrived very late & tired & were warmly welcomed in after a lot of travelling.
The following day, we were served Breakfast by a really nice waiter from southern Italy.

Cons:

Unfortunately due to the Arsenal celebrations & amount of people using the bar downstairs after the celebrations, we lost out on some much needed room service as we saw the restaurant was closed & were forced to go back out & try to find somewhere to eat when it was extremely busy..

Pros:

The rooms were beautifully appointed. Interrior felt like it was a new hotel or newly renovated.
Its location between King's Cross Station and St Pancras International made it super convenient if one has to take the Eurostar or take a train across the UK.

Cons:

We dislike that a handheld nozzle spray or bidet isnt provided as a hotel amenity

We were not fans of the in-house bath shower, and shampoo scent.

Nice hotel, great location but bed was very small

Great location. Especially if you are taking the Eurostar.

We had a double room but the bed was tiny. Too small for two people.
