There wasn’t much we didn’t like but one think I would’ve loved was to have the option of tea in the room as well as coffee!
The room was lovely and the staff could not be more friendly and helpful. The allowed me to drop my luggage off early, as I arrived well before my check-in time and took the luggage to my room when it was ready. They also allowed me to leave my luggage as my train was not until well after my check-out time.
The room was lovely, but the bed was not the easiest to get in and out of. Because the bed is against the wall/window, then you had to climb onto the bottom of the bed to get to that side. If anyone had some slight mobility issues, then i can be a difficult.
Perfect location for what we needed it for, right next to the station. The place is clean, and the doorman was very welcoming.
Room was a little small so could only climb into the bed from one side, meaning getting out in the middle of the night was a struggle without waking the other person.

Early check-in was very convenient and lovely polite staff.
Everywhere was very clean.
Shower was very hit and miss temperature consistently up and down.
Also the pantry was a nice touch but it didn’t get replenished so we missed out on it.
My Eurostar was very late and I needed accommodation at very short notice. Lovely hotel, but very pricey!
Handige locatie tussen 2 treinstations in. We bleven maar één nacht, voor ons was het makkelijk dat direct van het station naar het hotel konden, en voor de terugreis direct naar de Eurostar check-in. De tijdswinst was wel goed meegenomen. Ze hielden onze bagage bij zodat we nog even in Londen konden vertoeven voordat we de trein naar huis namen.
Het is de eerste keer dat ik in een 5-sterren hotel verblijf dus ik kan het niet vergelijken met andere hotels van dat kaliber. De kamer is ruim, badkamer ook.
Super ontbijt, je kan iets van de kaart kiezen. Ook het vegetarische ontbijt is smakelijk en rijkelijk.
Ik heb slechts een kleine opmerking: misschien zijn er meer levendigere hotels (ons ander hotel had een meer directe toegang tot bar / restaurant, dit was uitnodigender) Bij Kaya Great Northern was het wat gereserveerder. Dat is natuurlijk geen probleem als je rust en discretie zoekt.
La location entre les deux gares et le style de l'hôtel avec la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil !
Que la chambre ne soit pas faite d'amblé, mais seulement une fois que nous le leur avons signalé !
Étonnant pour un hôtel de ce niveau !
