Location next to Kings Cross
Very small room considering the price
This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I really love it. The location is perfect for King's Cross/St Pancras stations (giving easy access to the underground). The rooms are beautifully decorated and I was very pleased with how spacious my room was ( it was a "Large Queen Room - Heritage").
The air conditioning in my initial room wasn't working very well (it was an incredibly hot day) but I spoke to the lovely lady on reception and asked to switch rooms which was done immediately with no issues and the new room was much better.
I think the Pantry is a really nice and unique benefit of this hotel. It offers a lovely selection of teas and coffees and fresh milk (I also had a coffee machine and water available in my room).
The restaurant is also very nicely decorated and the breakfast was very tasty with a good selection.
Overall, a fabulous hotel with lovely, friendly and helpful staff. I would thoroughly recommend it.

The room was well-appointed and well-laid out. Great location for St Pancras International Station.
Staff were not apologetic at waking me up at 11.30pm to ask if I had a tap on as there was a leak somewhere below the room. No 'sorry to wake you' or 'sorry for disturbing you'. Given how expensive the room was for the 14msq room (over GBP300) for the one night, I would have expected the staff to be more polite.

What an amazing hotel! The room (Heritage) was fantastic. Quiet, comfortable, luxurious. Cocktails and breakfast were excellent too.
