Ok men ikke helt på topp.
Pros:

God beliggenhet og fin størrelse på leiligheten.

Cons:

Det stinket konstant sigarettrøyk og marihuana på rommet ettersom det er lov å røyke på balkongene. Og dette går rett inn på rommet! Så vi måtte lukke alle vinduer, men da blir det varmt ettersom det ikke er aircondition. I tillegg anleggsarbeider med mye støy fra 07:00 om morgenen som gjorde det vanskelig å sove. Ganske støvete rom, ble kun byttet håndklær og tømt søppel under 4 netters opphold. I korridoren var gulvene veldig flekkete og det lå skittent sengetøy der i 2 dager før det ble fjernet. Sovesofa var ikke veldig komfortabel for en voksen. Streamingen på TV fikk vi ikke til, men det var ikke så viktig. Sluken i dusjen var nesten tett så det ble nesten oversvømmelse ved hver dusj.

Подорож в прекрасно поєднане минуле і сучасне.
Pros:

Дуже хороше місце розташування, в ширшому центрі міста. Дуже близько зупинки автобуса і метро та супермаркет Лідл. Сучасні затишні апартаменти з балконом. Дуже зручне ліжко. Кухня забезпечена всім необхідним для приготування їжі.

Жодних зауважень.

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Reception aperta 24/24. Staff gentilissimo. Ho preso un bilocale con cucina attrezzata di tutto quello che potrebbe servire. È presente la macchina del caffè con capsule: vi consiglio di acquistarle al vicino Lidl.
È dotato anche di ferro e asse da stiro.
Servizio di pulizia quotidiano.
Sia la fermata metro che quella del bus sono nelle immediate vicinanze. La posizione è ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi posto della città.
Per chi non se ne fosse accorto è prevista una cauzione di € 200 che viene restituita, dopo il controllo delle camere, al check out.

Cons:

Non ho trovato la possibilità di stendere qualche indumento dei bambini che ho dovuto necessariamente lavare. Noi eravamo in 4, due adulti e due bambini.

Fabulous
Pros:

Suite better than expected, friednly helpful staff even when we checked in late, clean, modern and had all that we needed. Location excellent but still offered sanctuary from main area even though it was close to so many things we wished to see. Central but peacful. We ate out as a lot to seein a few days vivit.

Cons:

nothing - even the flowers in reception smelt amazing!

Survived a heatwave here
Pros:

Great room, helped us survive a heatwave no trouble, clean, good location

Cons:

It was a little hard to find the entrance, but I think that was our fault, just know that it is facing a lovely family-friendly park!

Es hat sich wirklich gelohnt, dahin hinzufahren, Berlin besichtigten und so einen tollen Aufenthalt zu haben
Pros:

Mir hat persönlich sehr gefallen die ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre in den Hotel. Die Zimmer waren super sauber und natürlich die Superlage des Hotels in Berlin

Fijne locatie, aan te raden voor een verblijf in Berlijn
Pros:

Ruim appartement, met ruime badkamer en keuken met magnetron. De locatie is fantastisch, super centraal. De buurt zelf is ook prettig. Je kan gebruik maken van een wasmachine en een droger in het hotel. Daar liggen ook vouchers die kortingen of andere voordelen geven voor activiteiten in Berlijn. Leuk! Prettig is ook dat je een eigen balkon hebt. De schoonmaak van de kamer is erg goed en grondig! Receptie is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Daarnaast ligt het bed echt heerlijk!

Cons:

-Schoonmaker die op de eerste ochtend lag te slapen en de hele tijd languit voor onze deur lag. Heel raar. We hebben de receptie gebeld en zij namen het direct serieus en hebben het opgelost. Dit is hierna niet meer voorgevallen.
-De prullenbak is erg klein en zit snel vol. Misschien een wat grotere plaatsen, dan hoef je de kamer ook niet steeds te laten schoonmaken.
- Fijn dat je kan wassen, maar heel veel kleding mag niet in de droger of gestreken worden. Een kledingdroogrek waar je de was zou kunnen ophangen zou erg helpen.
- Kan lawaaiig zijn met de ramen open door mensen in het park of buren op het balkon met veel lawaai. Ramen dicht lost het op, goede isolatie.

Было чисто, в номере был балкон, все очень понятно и приветливо, очень вкусный завтрак

Pros:

Great location and quiet area even when it was very close to everything. Great with parking in the same building.

Cons:

The only thing is that some neighbours tried to access our TV (via Airplay) maybe 10-15 times. No worries but a bit anoying. Not sure why they choose our TV. Apart from that, all was great 👌
