Pleasant stay, very welcoming and quite close to city.
Pros:

Well presented apartment. Modern looking.
Welcoming staff.
Nice living space and kitchen.
Next to subway.

Cons:

My single bed was quite uncomfortable.
Our bathroom (there was two) was very small and the shower head was broken.

El chico de recepción fue muy amable. El apartamento era muy bonito. Está muy cerca del metro.

Cons:

Era un apartamento para 6 pero 2 tuvieron que dormir en un sofá cama y otros 2 tenían su “habitación” separada por un biombo, así que técnicamente solo había una habitación.

Clean spacious apartment in Great Location
Pros:

We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment especially for the washer since we in the midst of a 2 week trip. Reception was very helpful, the apartment was spacious and clean and in a great location with many restaurants and mini marts. Getting a taxi was never an issue The welcome breakfast basket had enough food for our entire weekend.
The dryer in the washer/dryer did not dry very well and there wasn't a drying rack in the apartment so I had clothes spread out everywhere to dry.
If I was to nitpick it would be the 2nd bedroom which contained bunk beds. It was only my daughter so that was fine but would be an issue if it was another couple.

All in it was a great choice for our weekend in Madrid!

Great for Families and location!
Pros:

We had a great stay at Eric Vokel Madrid Suites. We were in a two bedroom/two bath. The arrangement worked out great for our family, two boys and two adults. There was plenty of space for all of us. Both of our rooms faced the busier street, so that was problematic, mostly just for me and my husband (our kids can sleep through a tornado) on a couple nights. The beds however are very comfortable and there are ample pillows. The showers are amazing with fantastic water pressure and hot water!! The location was perfect and really the overall highlight of the property. Quick access to the metro, walking distance to anything in Malasana, a beautiful neighborhood with great bars/restaurants. About a 15 min walk to Plaza Mayor and Mercado de San Miguel... we walked to this area almost every day/evening. A 40 min walk to Retiro Park.... it's a haul, but we did it twice because walking down Gran Via was so beautiful. Would likely choose to stay here again when we return to Madrid!
