Hotel has great location in the old part of Istanbul near Grand Bazaar and 15 min walk to Blue Masque and Hagia Sophia.
Helpful concierge service.
Wi-Fi working good.
Buffet Breakfast with view of Bosphorus on 5th floor.

Cons:

Standard room outdated- not for a 4-star hotel, and too noisy with other neighbors.

Pros:

Everything was excellent. The hotel is in the city center. The staff is extremely friendly, especially the manager Guven Cakmakci who provided us with an even better room. We will come back next time.

Bon séjour , bon emplacement mais petit déjeuner à revoir
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal près du tramway

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner : pas de jus d’orange juste eau mélangé à une poudre , idem pour jus de pomme …
Pas de vrai omelette ( en extra) mais œufs au four !
Pas de viennoiserie . Pain déjà chauffée remis à la clientèle dans panier. Ça manque de diversité ! Les derniers arrivés n’ont plus de fruit par exemple . Petit déjeuner à revoir pour un 4 étoiles .
Le matelas de ma fille était mort !

Cons:

Прокуренная комната, но нас переселили поэтому простительно. Но запах курева в комнатах сильный. Ремонт в комнатах под уставший.

We had a wonderful experience at Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul. Everything was superlative: the well-prepared breakfast, the comfort, the relaxing atmosphere and the professionalism of the entire staff.

We would like to extend special thanks to the manager Mr. Guven, a true example of kindness, respect and involvement. His attention to the guests and the elegant way in which he manages every detail make the difference and transform the stay into a memorable experience.

l'emplacement, le sauna, la salle de sport et la piscine, quelque membre du personnelle était sympa

Cons:

en entrant dans la chambre il y avait toujours des fortes odeurs, que l'on ferme ou non les toilettes, salle de bain l'odeur désagréable persiste. Mauvaise aération de la chambre, il fait assez chaud la nuit. Fenetre qui sert a rien a part faire rentrer les odeurs de cigarette...
la télé était casser et ils ont essayer de nous la faire payer 400 euro alors que ont y était pour rien (en plus la télé ne valait clairement pas 400 euros...)

I stayed at Victory Hotel & Spa Istanbul and overall I had a very good experience. The biggest advantage of the hotel is its location, as it is very close to the Grand Bazaar and most of the main attractions of the old city, which made getting around very easy. The staff was polite and willing to help, especially Mr. Güven Çakmakci, who was professional, friendly, and always available to assist us with a smile. The rooms were clean and well maintained, while the spa and pool were a very nice bonus after long walks around Istanbul.

Pros:

tout etait sale, cassé et personnel tres désagréable

Cons:

deja l accueil tres desagreable par une vieille femme a la reception . a l entree ça sentait tres mauvais, puis dans la chambre les chaises etaient tres sales , un vieux chauffage cassé, pas de miroir dans la salle de bain , l odeur etait insupportables et impossible d ouvrir les fenêtres a cause du bruit, nous avions louer une chambre avec balcon alors que que le balcon n existe pas . impossible de faire marcher la télé, apres reclamation on nous dit d attendre pour le lendemain alors nous avons quitté l hotel le soir a 21h par ce qu impossible d y passez la nuit. une vraie catastrophe
