Pros:

I always return to Shanti Villa when I come to Delhi/Paharganj. The staff are always on hand to help with whatever is needed. Ravi and Aarti at reception, are great!

lovely staff
Pros:

the staff was absolutely amazing. 10/10 for Mr Abhijeet. helped me immensely since my husband got sick the first night... the room itself was clean and good for a 1-2 night stay.
definitely appreciate the staff and they made me feel very safe and am grateful for their help and kind behaviour...

Cons:

unfortunately there was no hot water when I entered the shower, and the bathrooms can be a little cleaner...
also keep in mind that the area is very crowded and there are many kids hanging around asking for money all the time.

הצוות היה נחמד ואדיב

Cons:

חדר השירותים היה מאוד לא מתוחזק.
היה צינור שכל הזמן טפטף וגרם לריח של רטיבות לא נעימה, הברז היה מלא חלודה וחלק מהזמן לא היה מים חמים.

Cons:

The manager the short wide guy with mustache was kinda rude. I just asked for coffee and for a price for the coffee. He started yelling at me and said that I must go to my room, find the menu myself and find myself the price. He said it in a very disrespectful and unfriendly way with loud voice. I planned to stay in Delhi for one more month. So on the next day I moved to another hotel. But the worst happened in the end. At the moment of checkout, that mustache man said I must pay extra for complimentary service, the man started yelling in Hindi very loud in front of other people including personnel. It was so humiliating for me. I do not recommend this hotel to anybody.

המיקום טוב. זהו

Cons:

החדר מאד מיושן. המזגן לא קירר מספיק והמאוורר היה רועש.
בנוסף המצעים היו קרועים ונראים קצת משומשים...
דבר אחרון- הטלויזיה לא עבדה והם מרחו אותי בתירוצים ובהרגשה שעוד רגע באים לתקן... לא תיקנו.

Отель удачно расположен — рядом с мэйн-базаром, всё в шаговой доступности.
Персонал вежливый и дружелюбный, всегда готовы помочь.
Очень мягкая и удобная кровать, чистое постельное бельё — спать было максимально комфортно.

We had nice, unforgettable hotel stay & great hospitality of Mr.Abhijith & staff is highly apricated
Pros:

Caring of the staff over guests, specially the Manager Mr. Abhijith and his staff is greatly appreciated. Facilities were provided in an attractive manner. Spacious room is very clean and tidy. All old bathroom fixtures gives an imperial feeling !

Cons:

Ceramics items are well cleaned and maintained but metal items were neglected.
