All in all a wonderful place and great people. Would come again.
Pros:

A spectacular hotel with great atmosphere and very relaxed location. Great view of the sea from our room. Good continental breakfast with different choices everyday for something for everyone.
The beach is a 5minute walk from the hotel and the shuttle bus is very useful to commute from the hotel to the main road and is free.
Very clean and spacious rooms and the housekeeping were excellent and polite. The restaurant staff were very helpful and friendly and the pool and bar is a perfect spot to enjoy your afternoons and evenings.
We had dinner a few occasions and is very delicious with nice food and fresh fruits.
Would 10/10 recommend this hotel if you want to have a relaxed vacay far from hustle and bustle from the city and a clean and peaceful environment.

מלון לא ברמה בכלל לא מבינה למה יש לו ציון גבוה
Pros:

ביקשנו לצאת יותר מאוחר, אישרו לנו להישאר עד 14:00 ללא תשלום נוסף . אנשי הצוות היו מאד נחמדים ודרומיים .

Cons:

על הכל היה צריך לשלם תשלום נוסף-על מגבת חבריה. יורו אחד ליום לכל מגבת ולא הרשו להוציא מגבות מהחדר, שולחן ביליארד -שזה המשחק היחידי שהיה גם הוא היה בתשלום. ארוחת בוקר-ממש ממש לא טעימה כולל הקפה הגרוע. המלון בקצה ההר יש מעט הסעות והאחרונה ב21:00.

המלון נראה יותר חדיש מאשר בתמונות המוצגות בבוקינג. מיניבוס מטעם המלון למרכז העיר בשעות מוגדרות – שירות נוח שחוסך שימוש במוניות.
בריכה טובה, נעימה ומתוחזקת.

המלון נמצא במעלה הר.
החדר והניקיון:
החדר שודרג לחדר חדיש יותר בעקבות עומס במלון, ועל כך יש לציין לטובה את רצון הצוות לסייע. עם זאת, רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה הראשונית לא הייתה מספקת, ורק לאחר שהועלו תלונות בנושא חל שיפור ברמת השירות.
• המגבות לא הוחלפו מדי יום.
• ניקיון החדרים לא היה יסודי מספיק.
• לא היה חידוש יומי מספק של מוצרי הקפה והמלאי בחדר.
• בחדר האמבטיה לא היו מספיק מוצרי סבון והיגיינה חד פעמיים
• מגבת נוספת לבריכה - כרוכה בתשלום של 1 אירו. ליום
• שימוש בכספת כרוך בתשלום של 2 אירו ללילה.
ארוחת הבוקר:
מגוון מצומצם מאוד של אפשרויות לטובת שומרי הכשרות
כמו כן, מוצרים נלווים בקפה היה צריך לבקש ולא הונחו לטובת המתארחים בעמדות/ שולחנות.

Magnifique séjour
Pros:

Personnel serviable et attentionné (certains parlent même un peu français). Belle chambre spacieuse. Magnifique piscine avec bar. Service de minibus pratique. Salle de fitness.

Cons:

Un peu éloigné de la mer, mais heureusement bon service de minibus. Le buffet du soir pourrait être un peu mieux soigné.

Curãtenia ! Felicitari femeilor de serviciu
si personalului care este multifunctional
Clima din camera, apa caldă , totul a fost ok

Cons:

Micul dejun e acelasi mereu, ti-e greata dupa 10 zile daca il mai vezi si in alimentară
Legume inafara de Castraveți si Rosii absolut nimic !
