Ottima posizione . Mi è piaciuto molto la struttura dell’hotel e lo staff accogliente. Ottima colazione.
Unica pecca camera troppo piccola .
Per un 5 stelle sarebbe stato meglio una camera con qualche mq in più . Ma tutto sommato la camera era confortevole.

No gym only a weights room which is open even in 30 degrees of heat...poor pool...couldn't swim in top pool as people just standing in the way...no feeling of being in a 5star hotel....food poor....noise from early morning revellers...cramped room...little privacy from frosted glass.....one large man said bedroom toilet too small fir him.to be comfortable....limited places to park etc
I raised all of our issues whilst there so this not a "moan" just a warning not to expect 5 star service as that is what the hotel prides itself on " we are the only 5 star hotel in Palmanova". I am over 80 and have travelled extensively and this is not a 5 star hotel. I booked this to celebrate 60 years together and they charge 5 star prices but deliver much less.

On the Hall, a nice hotel with good facilities, but not quite the a class you would expect
Pros:

The food, the facilities and the hot tub and the staff were great

Cons:

People smoking in the non-smoking areas in the restaurant and the staff actually pass in them ashtrays no parasol on the balconies when the sun was beating down very hot not many sunbeds and people even towels on them all day and not going there. The one lifeguard was very abrupt and had a bad attitude.
