Huoneen sijoitus ei ollut hiljaisemmasta päästä. Kadun äänet kuuluivat selkeästi huoneeseen. Huone sijaitsi lähellä alueen ravintolakatua, joista äänet kantautuivat huoneeseen aina aamutunneille saakka.
