The hotel is perfectly situated close to the lively night market while still offering a peaceful environment. Jonny greeted us with genuine warmth, and every interaction with the staff felt sincere and welcoming. The room was modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable. It was the thoughtful service and friendly atmosphere that truly made this hotel special.

We loved the hotel's central location, especially being so close to the weekend market. The breakfast buffet may not have been huge, but everything was fresh and tasted wonderful. The bell staff were friendly and always ready to assist us with our luggage. Ms. Nga at the travel desk deserves special recognition for arranging our Sapa and Ninh Binh tours. Her recommendations and organization were excellent.

We highly recommend booking tours through Ms. Nga. She organized our trips to Ninh Binh and Ha Giang perfectly, and everything ran smoothly from beginning to end. The bell staff were friendly and efficient, helping with our luggage immediately. The room itself was clean, stylish, and surprisingly peaceful considering the central location.

stayed for my girlfriends birthday before we go on the Hai Giang loop. staff were very friendly, had room decorated for her also. rooms were clean and property is in a great location.

Dit hotel ligt echt midden in het oude centrum. Je stapt de deur uit en je zit direct midden in de reuring van Hanoi. Marktjes om de hoek, alle kraampjes aan de straat, de scooters. We sliepen op de 4e verdieping die met de lift te bereiken is vanaf de 1e etage. Geen last van geluid van buiten. Goede airco en een groot en fijn bed. Ontbijt was prima.

The hotel’s location was excellent, with the night market and many great food options just a short walk away. Jasmine at the front desk was especially kind and welcoming, making our experience even better.

Thanks to Ms. Nga, planning our sightseeing was incredibly easy. She arranged wonderful tours to Ha Long Bay and Sapa, and everything went exactly as promised. We also loved being in the heart of the city, where we could simply step outside and enjoy the lively atmosphere of Hanoi's Old Quarter.

The convenient location near the weekend night market was one of the reasons we chose this hotel, but the outstanding hospitality is what we'll remember most. Jasmine and Jonny welcomed us like old friends and were always happy to help with recommendations or questions. The bellmen also went out of their way to assist us with our heavy luggage, making us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived.

De locatie is perfect. Heerlijk koffietentje tegenover t hotel wasr je boven op het balkon kan zitten uitkijkend over de drukke straat (helaas dit leuke tentje te laat ontdekt). 15 min lopen naar trainstreet. Dichtbij allerlei eetentjes en om de hoek vd nightmarket.
