Pros:

The hotel was quite a surprise. From the outside, I thought it would be a small boutique hotel, but the interior is surprisingly spacious. I also loved the Indochine aesthetic, which feels elegant without being too formal. Victor and Jasmine deserve a special mention for helping our large party with check-in. They were friendly, efficient and made sure everything went smoothly. Their assistance made arriving with a big group much less stressful.

Pros:

We had a great time here, thanks in part to Jasmine, Jonny and Nga, who looked after our group so well. The Ninh Binh tour arranged by reception was excellent, and our guide made the trip even more enjoyable. We also loved the pho at breakfast. It was so delicious that we looked forward to having it every morning.

You can’t ask for a better location, with plenty to explore just a short walk away, including the night market. The staff were welcoming and treated us like people they’d known for years. It was a lovely experience, and I’d gladly recommend this place to friends.

Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, toujours souriant et prêt à répondre à toutes nos questions. L’excursion dans la baie d’Ha Long réservée auprès de l’hôtel était d’excellente qualité. Le petit-déjeuner était frais et délicieux, notamment le pho traditionnel de Hanoï, un vrai régal!
