Hanoi Ancient Paradise Hotel

It was located in a good spot in the old quarter of Hanoi so we really got to experience some culture

we had breakfast included, but after not being able to get the juice out of the container we went else where, so cant comment, Staff were friendly , great location, perfect for a place to sleep

If you’re planning to explore the weekend night market, I’d definitely recommend staying here. The hotel is right in the middle of the action, so we could easily walk out and enjoy the market in the evening. The bellboys were especially kind and always handled our bags carefully. Our room was clean, organized, and comfortable, with everything kept in good condition. The combination of the location and friendly service made our stay really enjoyable.

The reception staff made our trip so much better. They are genuinely friendly people. The hotel is right by the night market action, super convenient. Rooms are beautiful and very clean 46. The staff here goes above and beyond. The tour desk lady hooked us up with an amzing overnight boat cruise. It’s so convenient having a trustworthy travel desk right in the lobby. Central and very clean hotel.

We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet, especially the fresh and tasty local options. Everything was well prepared and felt high quality. The bell staff also deserve a mention for being so quick and helpful with our luggage when we checked out.

L'habitació està molt ben equipada. Els llits són confortables. No se sent el soroll de l'exterior. L'esmorzar és molt complet, tipus buffet. La situació perfecte, just al centre i aprop de moltes atraccions de Hanoi.

We arranged a day tour with the lady at the lobby, and everything went smoothly. She was friendly, helpful, and explained all the details clearly before we set off. We really appreciated how easy she made the booking. The hotel was also a great choice—modern, very clean, and right in the heart of the city. There was always something happening around us, with lots of places to eat and explore within walking distance.

We were really impressed with the staff. They were incredibly helpful when we ran into a problem with our SIM cards and went out of their way to sort it out for us. The location was perfect for checking out the night market, and the room was clean and well maintained.

A big thank you to the lady at the travel desk for helping us arrange our countryside and mountain trips. We were a little concerned about safety at first, but she recommended a reliable and professional tour operator, which gave us peace of mind. Everything went smoothly, and we had a fantastic time. The hotel itself was clean and centrally located, so it was a very convenient base for exploring.

Brilliant location in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was great, with an option for pho every morning.

The local noodle soup was especially delicious and gave us a great taste of the local cuisine. The lobby team were always friendly and cheerful, making us feel welcome every time we came back. With the night market nearby, the location was perfect for enjoying the city in the evening.

The front desk staff made our stay truly special. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, giving us a map and sharing recommendations for authentic local food spots away from the usual tourist areas. Her suggestions helped us discover a more genuine side of Hanoi. The hotel’s location was also excellent, right near the night market and perfect for exploring the city on foot. Our room was cozy, comfortable, and spotless. We really appreciated the warm hospitality and thoughtful service throughout our stay.
