Clean, friendly, value for money
Pros:

Staff were friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable- facilities were as expected for the price, and were all functional and nice. Breakfast had some variety- cooked English breakfast and croissants, cereal. Not elaborate but filling and plentiful.

Cons:

Breakfast tables weren't cleared very quickly despite staff constantly running about- it's quite busy for a small-ish number of staff.

Great value, good location just not the most comfortable
Pros:

Good location, great air con in the rooms, good value, good breakfast

Cons:

Could do with a a refurb in the rooms, our paint was all chipped and the carpet was frayed.
The bed was really uncomfortable hard and the pillows weren’t comfortable both of us didn’t sleep very well due to this.

Probably ok for the price
Pros:

Good central location, free breakfast (though very limited options), spacious room, relatively high floor

Cons:

No parking, had to pay £132 for the NCP parking. Very limited breakfast options, especially for vegans or pescatarians. No fridge!! Had requested for a room with a good view of the outside, still got a corner room facing another building. Staff aren't very polite or accommodating. Very poor response to messages before the arrival date.

Pros:

Snídaně vynikající. Lokalita vzhledem k velikosti města ucházející, líbil se mi St. Chad naproti hotelu. Relativně blízko do centra.

There was a smell immediately we entered the room guess it's the rug that need an airfreshner or windows open abit before the arrival of ur guests will be fine,more so the room was very cold at some point we informed the staff who gave us a small heater to use .
