Exceptional Service, Stunning Views & The cleanest Pool I’ve Ever Experienced
Pros:

My stay at the InterContinental Osaka was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. The hotel itself is stunning, especially being on the top floor where you can enjoy breathtaking views across nearly the whole of Osaka. It truly feels luxurious the moment you arrive.

The breakfast & dinner was outstanding with a huge variety of high-quality selections, and the entire restaurant team were warm, attentive, and professional. The reception team also deserve special praise multilingual, welcoming, and always smiling genuinely while helping guests with every detail.

However, the highlight of my stay was definitely the swimming pool and spa area. I have stayed in many 5-star properties around the world, but the cleanliness of the pool here was on another level. You can genuinely feel how fresh and clean the water is. I also appreciated the Japanese attention to hygiene and detail, especially the no-shoes policy around the pool area. It was honestly the cleanest pool experience I have ever had, and I absolutely loved it.

A very special thank you as well to the housekeeping team, who were absolutely marvellous. The room was always perfectly clean, and I really appreciated the thoughtful handwritten notes they left for us every day. Their attention to detail and care made the stay feel very personal and special.

I was also extremely grateful that the hotel accommodated me with a late checkout due to my very late flight back to London. Even though I paid for the extension, the team handled everything with kindness and professionalism, which I truly appreciated

Thank you to everyone who made this stay so memorable especially Kopila, Adnan, Gerard, Sunita and Ramila. I will definitely be returning.

Top notch hotel in OSAKA ,INTERCONTINENTAL
Pros:

Hotel location was no 1,priority for us,next / joining with Osaka Station, mall and lot's of restaurant/ Cafe,the ambience was amazing overlooking the river from our room on the 23rd floor.Room were massive with large bathroom with bath tub and rain shower,the amenities were top notch.The people that worked at the hotel,from Bell boy to front desk and restaurant all were polite and possess " can do attitude ".Very happy with our experience in this hotel then again I guess all Intercontinental hotel is wonderful.

Pros:

This is a true five star hotel (I've stayed at a lot of them and not all are actually five star in feel!) with spectacular views of the city, huge rooms, a tasty buffet breakfast and very attentive staff. I had a brilliant time, definitely recommend.

Great stay in a great location when in Osaka in our honest opinion.
Pros:

Intercontinental Osaka (ICO) provided us a home away from home when we visited Osaka. The hotel is a nice quiet sanctuary that’s a few steps away from the hustle and bustle of the Umeda/Osaka station. The service provided was top notch. The ICO staff helped us out to meet our requests making our stay more comfortable. The concierge desk also provided us with tips to navigate Osaka’s attractions and shopping spots. We would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Osaka.

Great location and service
Pros:

The hotel room is great and the service is excellent. Everyone is friendly, professional, and attentive, In particular, I would like to thank Mr. Bakhrom Kudratillaev, assistant guest relation manager, for his outstanding hospitality and professionalism. He is very attentive, helpful, and kind, and go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

I had a lovely stay and will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

Wybrałem pokój o wysokim standardzie .Pokój był narożny był piękny widok na miasto oraz Biurko przy którym można było usiąść i załatwić sprawy służbowe.

Cons:

Zielona herbata na śniadaniu w Lounge Access była słabej jakości. Dużo lepsza herbata była w tym samym hotelu w Tokio.

A magical introduction to Osaka
Pros:

My stay at the intercontinental Osaka was truly outstanding. Everything was of the highest quality, and I felt taken care of in every way. As this was my first visit to Osaka and to Japan, I appreciated the incredible hospitality of the staff and all of the help they provided. Additionally the room itself was gorgeous. I especially appreciated the marbled and mirrored surfaces in the bathroom, the standalone tub and rain shower head, and the luxury toiletries provided, including Byredo products. The lighting was serene and versatile, and the window shades were adjustable electronically. Every convenience was thoughtfully provided. It felt like a true luxury stay and made me not even want to leave my hotel room! I also appreciated the beautiful views from the bar and lounge. Enjoying a drink at a corner table in the bar on my first night overlooking the sparkling city lights was nothing short of magic. Thank you, intercontinental IHG for the most memorable introduction to Osaka and to Japan. I will most certainly be back again.
