Property is good, very nice pool and ambience. but the administration of the Hotel is poor
No towels in the washrooms, provided only on request. Frequent power interruptions. Water leak from the ceiling in the walkways.

Nice location, proxemic to Calangute beach & veg food restaurants and market
Restaurant serves very lame food, needs to spice up a bit. north indian style veg food options are missing. Indore style Poha, live Samosa, kachori, Jalebi, wada pav, bhajiya, bedai, poori - sabji, variety of paranthas, variety of sandwiches. We are Bharatwasi, and we don't need shitty continental thing.
We eat spicy foods all the time and going to a five star we expect things to get better and not worse

DUSTY SMELLY ROOMS,, WASHROOMS IN BAD CONDITION,, ROOMS FULL OF DUST PARTICLES,, ONE ORDER FAKE 40 MINS MIN TO FULFILL..
And many many many more things that i cant say,, Presidential Suite 9201 Room No,,
washroom has damaged locks so u should do in open..

Had a wonderful experience at Hard Rock Cafe, The hospitality was warm and welcoming.especially during dinner,the food was absolutely great. The boys during dinner were friendly attitude and prompt service truly elevated the experience and made us feel well taken care of.
**Breakfast at Hard Rock Cafe was not at all satisfying. Bread varieties were not fresh neither Idli.**
**No fun activities available here other than pool, I would really suggest you to add some gaming section to your huge property.**
Lush green ambience & positive energy at pool side made a real difference and added fun.
We checked in the hotel at around 8 pm, and we were alloted a room in the extreme corner,but the room condition was extreme poor,
No towels, no napkins, washrooms were dirty, wash basin was totally clogged,
We informed around 3 times to room service, they took a time of one hour to clean it, cleaning was done with acids
How can anyone stay in a room having a foul smell of acid,
After complaining after a hour , we got a room change at around 9.pm.
Pathetic service in such a reputed brand .
Service staff in the restuarants are superb .
Dinner was good
But rooms service very poor.
Tonic bar staff all are very friendly n so sweet specially priyo n Yogesh
Excellent service at break fast everything on time and food was served in very professional way.

We had a fantastic stay at Hard Rock Hotel Goa. The hospitality was outstanding, and every team member made us feel genuinely welcomed. The dining experience was exceptional, with a great variety of delicious options across breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The in-room dining service was prompt and excellent as well.
The hotel offers a wonderful atmosphere with its amazing pool, vibrant rock-themed ambiance, and enjoyable live music in the evenings, making the stay even more memorable.
A special thank you to Somnath, Vithoba, PC, Chef Manju at the South Indian live counter, and Juela at the pancake station for their warmth, attentiveness, and excellent service. Their efforts, along with the support of their senior team, truly enhanced our experience.
