Friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Booking trips and activities was easy and actually cheaper than going direct which was a refreshing change! Rooms were clean, functional and did exactly as they said in the tin. Bed linens good quality. All good.

Cons:

The restaurant had a limited menu, mainly to the season though in their defense. A more upbeat atmosphere would have been nicer, the ambience could have been quite depressing if not refreshingly brightened up by the happy staff and great service.

Lovely hotel with friendly and knowledgeable staff and a wonderful restaurant ideally situated in Durmitor
Pros:

This was our favorite hotel in Montenegro. The staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Durmitor and arranged a jeep tour of the park with an amazing guide. The room was perfect for us and very comfortable. The restaurant food was delicious and the staff friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel is ideal for Durmitor.

Останавливаемся из года в год в этом отеле, потому что у него идеальное расположение и замечательный персонал. При заселении нам заботливо предоставили номер намного больше запрошенного. Классная жаркая сауна, в которой так приятно погреться после долгой прогулки. Расположение просто шик — рукой подать что до Дурмитора, что до центра Жабляка. Хороший ресторан с вкусной кухней. Завтрак должен был бы быть шведским столом, но по факту — нам просто принесли нарезку, выпечку, и можно было заказать любые напитки и яйца во всех видах. Ребенку сделали блинчики! Всё очень вкусно! Большая парковка перед отелем. У отеля живет замечательное семейство собак — потомство крутейших Бруно и Марфи — дочка была в восторге!

Завтрак хотелось бы разнообразить!

Great home base for Durmitor
Pros:

First and foremost are the people at reception Zarko and Natasa they were extremely helpful efficient and made us feel very welcomed throughout our 3 night stay.
The hotel is well maintained the food served is great both breakfast and dinner
The location is fantastic for someone that came for the national park

Cons:

The water pressure in the shower (a Zabljak issue we were told) and the lack if really hot water (it was almost as you like it to be)

the room was divided into a leaving room and a bedroom, giving space and ability to host.
Restaurant is very good.

Cons:

maintenance is poor. carpet has tears and stains. not all light bulbs were operating (and were not fixed although I informed the reception).
