Pros:

The breakfast was very good, with a large selection. The location is perfect and the room was good sized.

If the air conditioning issue is fixed, it has no other problems; it's quite impressive.
Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located and quite spacious and comfortable. I was able to check into my room immediately upon arrival; although there was a slight issue regarding the bidet spray versus a bidet fixture, I had been upgraded to a room with two toilets, and one of them did have the bidet spray. It was great that there were two female receptionists who spoke Turkish. The redhead in particular (I apologize for not remembering her name) was very helpful and communicated excellently. The room was well-equipped, and everything was spotless. As for breakfast, it is quite good, provided you don't expect the extensive variety found in Turkish hotels. However, it would have been much better if the items were labeled—for instance, knowing exactly which types of cheeses were being served would have been nice. There are bus stops right across the street.

Cons:

The air conditioning situation was a real hassle; while daytime temperatures were around 22–23°C, the temperature in the Balkans drops to 6–7°C in the evenings and at night. It seemed the AC wasn't set to heating mode—or they just couldn't get it to work—so I froze during the night. It was slightly better on the morning I checked out, but an AC issue like this isn't really acceptable for a hotel of this caliber; that’s why I deducted 2 points.
