Bad service
Pros:

Fajitas that we had at the restaurant was absolutely wondeful! Chicken salad was good, except chicken, that was too dry to be eaten. I gave feedback about it with no response. I didn’t give a tip for a very basic service and the waiter throwed the receipt on the table and turned his back. Never mind, we will not see again.

Excellent hotel and location
Pros:

The hotel was excellent value for money and in a central location that allowed us to walk to the main sights. The room was clean and spacious. Basic amenities like toiletries were provided. The service was good. Breakfast was alright and it is possible to order eggs from the server in addition to the buffet offerings. I would recommend a stay in this hotel if in Pristina.
