As instalações no a dar que fiquei são velhas, apenas o chuveiro está renovado, internet não chegava no quarto, água do chuveiro não aquecia de noite. Elevador com porta travada no meu andar. Café da manhã sofrível. Demoravam pra repor. Muito fraco. Nenhuma foto faz juz ao quarto que fiquei nem à frente do hotel. As instalações e móveis muito velhos e relativamente descuidados.

Das Nobile Hotel Premier Hill überzeugt zunächst durch seine sehr zentrale Lage und das insgesamt gehobene Ambiente. Der Eingangsbereich und die Rezeption wirken sehr nobel, auch der Frühstücksraum ist stilvoll und ansprechend gestaltet. Der gemütliche Außenbereich mit Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein.
Die Zimmer sind angenehm geräumig. Unser Zimmer (101) verfügte zusätzlich über einen kleinen separaten Bereich mit Tisch und zwei Stuhl-Sesseln, was sehr praktisch war. Der Kühlschrank war allerdings komplett leer.
Etwas problematisch ist die Belüftung: Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen, sodass man nicht auf natürliche Weise lüften kann. Unter den Fenstern befinden sich zwar ältere Kühl- und Lüftungsgeräte, deren Zustand und Wartungsintervalle allerdings nicht gerade vertrauenerweckend wirken.
Die Dusche in Zimmer 101 war leider ziemlich schlecht. Das warme Wasser floss extrem langsam, sodass man sehr lange warten musste, bis überhaupt ausreichend Wasser zum Duschen zur Verfügung stand. Auch die Klobrille aus weichem Schaumstoff wirkt eher billig und passt nicht zum ansonsten gehobenen Anspruch des Hotels.
Leider ist das Hotel auch ziemlich hellhörig. Nachts waren feiernde Menschen außerhalb des Hotels und deren Motorräder deutlich im Zimmer zu hören. Zusammen mit einem plötzlich um 1 Uhr nachts klingelnden Telefon war an einen wirklich ruhigen Schlaf leider nicht immer zu denken. Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat, sollte diesen Punkt berücksichtigen.
Die Einfahrt zum Parkplatz ist etwas kompliziert zu finden. Hier war der Mitarbeiter jedoch sehr nett und hilfsbereit und ist kurzerhand mit uns mitgefahren, um uns den Weg zu zeigen. Der Parkplatz selbst ist komplett verschlossen und von außen für fremde Personen nicht zugänglich. Das ist ein deutlicher Pluspunkt, insbesondere hinsichtlich der Sicherheit.
Das Frühstück ist eher durchschnittlich und reicht gerade so aus. Gemüse gab es überhaupt nicht, dafür verschiedene süße Speisen.

Falta que este mejor arreglado la zona de la pileta y se ve un patio muy lindo frente al comedor que faltaría ponerlo en condiciones. Una vez que lo hagan, quedará fantastico

Cons:

Lo peor fue que gases y el olor del alcantarillado suben por el ducto y salen por el lavamanos si se utiliza la ducha o el inodoro, muy desagradable. El ruido de sirenas y tráfico se escucha claramente en la habitación. así es difícil descansar. pintura descascarada en el techo, un bidet que filtra agua si se utiliza.
