At the S-Bahn station; many diiferent shops and restaurants in walking distance; super nice staff; free soap and shower gel.

Good value for the money
Pros:

The location was good. The staff was very nice and helpful all the time but I didn’t have to deal with any major issue. The price was obviously very good.

Cons:

One can some wear and tear, the cleaning also could be better even though it must be difficult to manage with so many guests. It would be nice if the rooms had air conditioning. It was really tough in the summer, and opening the windows didn't help much. Plus, there was no screen on the window, so it just let flies into the room.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal. Internationales Flair und Gäste aus aller Welt. Fernseher und Beamer in der Erdgeschoss Lobby zum WM 2026 schauen. Viele Arbeitsbereiche. Das Hotel setzt sich für die Unwelt ein mit United Nations Vorschriften. Vieles Neues gelernt durch das Hotel und Gespräche.

Cons:

Der Fernseher hat leider nicht richtig funktioniert.
Wenn man das Fenster öffnet ist es nachts sehr laut. Keine Nachruhe, weil ständig Züge fahren oder Nachts Dinge geliefert werden wie Brotwaren.
Die Kaffeemaschine im Eingang ist veraltet. Das WLAN war überlastet.
