Mein Urlaub Damen Basketball WM war so schön 10 Spiele in 7 Tagen Platz 4 für Deutschland
Pros:

Das Hotel lag genau an der U Bahn
Viele Geschäfte waren vor Ort Rossman Rewe Netto und auch ein sehr großer Park
Beim Frühstück war alles vorhanden Saft Kaffee Eier Toast Aufschnitt Obst Tee
Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit Danke Mit Rollator nicht so leicht Kaffee oder Saft zu tragen Nochmal Danke

Cons:

Zwei Nächte konnte ich nicht schlafen Ein Herr hat laut Telefoniert von Mitternacht bis 1 uhr
Und einmal ist der Fahrstuhl ausgefallen So musste ich 101 Treppen runter und wieder rauf

Das Hotel ist vom Hauptbahnhof mit der Bahn sehr gut erreichbar. Der Zugang zum Hotel ist auch bei späterer Ankunft per Schlüsselkasten möglich. Wenn eine Telefonnummer bekannt ist wird man per WhatsApp informiert.

Cons:

In der uns gesandten WhatsApp wurden neben den Zugangsdaten auch auf die tägliche Reinigung hingewiesen
"Alle Zimmer und öffentliche Bereiche des Hotels werden täglich gewissenhaft gereinigt und desinfiziert wir hoffen dass dies Ihnen einen sicheren Aufenthalt bietet."
Dies entspricht nicht den Tatsachen. Bad und Zimmerboden sowie Krümel auf dem Sessel waren nicht gereinigt.

Cons:

Lift war kaputt und damit war Treppensteigen angesagt.
Frühstücksangebot lag weit unter meinen Erwartungen und ist den Preis nicht wert
