Werden wir nicht nochmal buchen.
Cons:

Als wir ankamen, war die Rezeption nicht besetzt obwohl die angegebenen Öffnungszeiten es so angeben. Auf unser klingeln meldete sich auch eine gefühlte Ewigkeit niemand. Telefonisch war nur der Anrufbeantworter zu erreichen. Das Frühstück für 12,50€ pro Person ist lachhaft einfach gehalten. Besser in der Stadt frühstücken. Unser Zimmer war schon sehr klein, die Sanitärzelle mit WC, Dusche und Waschbecken konnte man schon als mickrig bezeichnen. Meine Frau und ich sind schlank, daher alles machbar. Ein uns begleitendes Ehepaar ist etwas korpulent und hatte echt Schwierigkeiten Dusche und WC zu nutzen.

Cons:

Sehr, sehr schlechtes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis
- nur eine Beschäftigte zur Frühstückzeit für alle Arbeiten in Küche und Rezeption zuständig
- Rezeption sollte bis 14 Uhr besetzt, ansonsten telefonisch erreichbar sein. Beides traf leider nicht zu. Allein wegen dem im Vorfeld sehr schlecht beschriebenen Self-Check in, vor allem für Gruppen, nie wieder.
- Zimmer sehr eng und viel zu wenig Wasser beim Duschen

Location perfect since we needed to make immediate changes to our travel arrangements;
Pros:

Hotel was very close to the station.

Cons:

Hotel was closed on arrival. New arrivals started shouting as if we were to blame for not knowing what to do and what they should do. I know this hasn't been the full fault of the hotel, but we could have done without it.

Ich komme nicht mehr.
Cons:

Das Hotel hat einen schmuddligen Eindruck hinterlassen und es hat im Zimmer unglaublich gestunken! Es dürften Personen in dem Zimmer geraucht haben. Außerdem gibt es keine Klimaanlage. Fenster öffnen schwierig da im Erdgeschoss und zweifelhafte Gestalten vorm Fenster. Der Preis war aufgrund der Messezeit in Köln exorbitant hoch und um diesen Preis muss alles passen!

Lage zum Bahnhof perfekt.
Einzelzimmer klein, aber ausreichend mit Garderobe und Nachttisch

Cons:

Zimmer zur Komödienstraße vermutlich (!) recht laut, zur anderen (ruhigen) Seite im Sommer sehr warm. Es gab einen kleinen Ventilator im Zimmer.
Man zahlt hier vor allem für die Lage

Cons:

Checking in was difficult, the A&O app didn't work (it couldn't find my reservation) and I wasn't sure if I could get into the hotel. Luckily there was an employee who helped me to check in, I'm not sure if I could manage alone
