Pros:

They let me check in earlier due to my friend's illness without extra charge although I requested. It was very kind! My friend compliments their laundry service very much.

Alles prima, ontbijt, kamer enzovoort.

Cons:

Afspraken maken met het personeel is lastig, en houden zich niet altijd aan hun woord. Daarnaast zijn de services prijzig. Zwembad lijkt op de foto ook erg mooi maar valt tegen.

Super friendly, helpful staff. Brilliant breakfast with amazing view of perfume river.

Bed was hard,but that is not unusual in Vietnam and they had added a topper to try to improve it.
