Pros:

Posizione fantastica nella zona pedonale, avendo le stanze al decimo piano non si sentono particolari rumori. Staff fantastico che ci ha aiutato molto prenotandoci biglietti del treno e altro. Camere molto pulite e spaziose, esattamente come in foto, con grandi vetrate a parete con vista sulla cittá. Colazione fantastica, tanta varietà anche dolci di buona qualità difficilmente trovabili in Vietnam; buffet fantastico con scelta molto varia. Piscina non molto grande ma utile per rinfrescarsi.

La posizione nel quartiere più vivace.
Letti comodi, stanza ampia.
Staff molto gentile, che parla inglese, e offerta di attività e soluzioni di trasporto valide e a prezzi ragionevoli.
Si sono prodigati tempestivamente per un piccolo problema nel bagno.
Piscina e palestra aperte con ampi orari.
Amenities in involucri di carta invece che di plastica.
Drink di benvenuto molto apprezzato.
Colazione con vista varia ma migliorabile nella parte dolce.
Nonostante il quartiere sia particolarmente vivace, il rumore non ha disturbato il nostro sonno.

Cons:

L' acqua delle piscina troppo fredda.
Alcune prese non perfettamente funzionanti ma comunque presenti in quantità sufficiente.
La struttura interna comincia a mostrare insegni del tempo.

Cons:

They take large tours busses in each day so expect not to be able to use the lift. Also we were on level 12 so very loud from 6am when breakfast starts. Finally blank ants all through bed. We were covered in bites

Moonlight Hue hotel Great stay.
Pros:

We booked a twin room with a city view on the previous night only .As we arrived early to hue ,we waited like some hours for the checkin
Had coffee at a restaurant
The room was provided to us by 11am ,which was a nice gesture. I was with my elderly mother.
The room was huge ,the bed was comfortable,all basic amenities were there,AC was good, and the washroom was clean.
The swimming pool was nice.
Breakfast was good.
The hotel location was fantastic.Indian restaurant was 5 min walk .WinMart was opposite to hotel.
Cycle rickshaw was available at door step of hotel.
Hotel provided us travel to hoian city with good transport and on time
Everything was nearby .
Overall great experience with food , shopping and all.
Staff was nice and provided an umbrella every time due to the strong heat and sunny weather.
