Die Lage ist top,in der Nacht sehr ruhig,
Das Zimmer grosszügig für eine Person
Das Abendessen,das ich mir gegönnt habe war ausgezeichnet !
Mir scheint, dass das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist,vorallem der Teppich im Flur.
Der Ablauf in der renovierten Dusche hat etwas wenig Gefälle ( Wasser läuft schnell über !)
Der Liegewiese wird nicht grosse Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Eine Liege defekt und in der Ecke neben dem Spa mehrere Sonnenschirme nicht brauchbar!
Lage, Aussicht
Vor ein paar Jahren waren wir schon mal im Beau Rivage. Leider haben wir nicht mitbekommen, dass mittlerweile der Untergang eingesetzt hat.
Aussicht, Lage und Zimmergrösse sind toll. Der Rest ist übel:
Die Zimmer sind nicht sauber. Das Bett ist ramponiert. Im Bad riecht es nach Kloake.
Teppiche im Gang verschmutzt.
Poolbereich unordentlich. Keine Badetücher mehr um 17:00. Zugang zum See glitschig.
Frühstück unterirdisch. Zerschlagene Eier, wer weiss wie alt die sind. Rührei gräulich. Brot ist um 8:10 schon ausgegangen. Kaffeetassen muss man suchen.
Sehr schade einen solch schönen Ort so verkommen zu lassen.

La chambre était très spacieuse mais un peu bruyante côté rue.
Le parking un peu compliqué mais le personnel a trouvé une solution. La suisse est très chère.
L’emplacement est excellent
La propreté, principalement au restaurant, est insuffisante

Der var venligt personale, som gjorde deres bedste for at yde en god service. De var smilende og imødekommende.
Hotellet lå perfekt med en skøn udsigt over søen.
Det var dejligt at have mulighed for at bade i søen, og der var liggestole I haven.
Vi lånte paddelboards og kajak gratis, og nød udendørs arealet.
Perfekt område at bo i, med mange muligheder.
Hotellet var gammelt og det bar det præg af, så man skal ikke forventet at komme til et luksushotel.
Der virkede som om, at der var mangel på personale. morgenmaden var sparsom.
Vi endte med at fravælge morgenmaden, den sidste dag. Vores oplevelse var at der ikke var mad nok om morgenen, og vi ventede længe på at der blev fyldt op igen.
På fællesarealerne virkede det ikke super rent.
Der var begrænset parking, som receptionisten prøvede at løse på bedste vis.
Der var meget varmt på værelserne, da temperature udenfor var høj.

Magnifique localisation, beau petit jardin avec piscine sur le lac. Le restaurant est top, cuisine italienne fine.
Chambre sombre, mis à part la salle de bain qui a été refaite, les murs sont défraîchis, literie ok mais oreiller de mauvaise qualité

As many other reviews have mentioned, I regret to say that despite the friendliness of the staff and the huge room overlooking the lake, it was extremely warm inside the room.
There wasn't even a heatwave, but the room was easily 7 or 8 degrees warmer than outside.
It was unbearably hot which made me wake up several times because of the temperature.
The AC was too loud and not very efficient in cooling down the room.
Massive disappointment for an otherwise great stay.
I think it's meant to be more of a winter hotel given how much heat the rooms retain.

Le négligé des extérieurs, le jardin et les parasols (publicitaires) sont abandonnés. La mise en place du petit déjeuner est trop tardive. Assurément, il manque un chef d'orchestre !
