klimaanlage war zu laut, ausstattung ist in die jahre gekommen, aussenanlagen zum balkon hin waren verwildert und nicht zurückgeschnitten, kühlschrank zu klein

Check in and out was efficient rather than particularly friendly. We weren’t given much information and had to ask most things. Breakfast was very confusing. We were told 8a.m. upon check in (although the book in room said 8:30) and so arrived promptly the next morning @ 8 to discover that quite clearly a group had already eaten and there was nothing left. The 2 staff were frantically trying to replenish, we guess for 8:30. We had to ask for cutlery, coffee/tea, orange juice. The bread for toast was very dry, the croissants covered in icing sugar. We were so disappointed with the whole experience for the rest of the week we skipped the breakfast in the hotel and went across the road to the bakery. We eventually decided to give it another try hoping it was a one off. We arrived at 8:45 to allow staff time to get ready. It was worse!! What bread there was was being eaten by a sparrow which had flown in through the open doors. By the droppings on the back of some of the chairs we suspected it wasn’t the first time! There were no tables laid and again we had to ask for everything, if we could actually find a member of staff who were in the kitchen. As there is no official early breakfast if you need to get into the mountains early you’ll need to get your own elsewhere.
As a result of our breakfast experience we decided not to eat in the evening at the hotel but the restaurant seemed busy most evenings.
Cleanliness in the room was a bit hit and miss and we resorted to asking for things to be changed. Some of the fittings were dated and could do with upgrades.
Overall there was no comparison to the other 4* hotels we have stayed at in this Swiss trip or previous.

- von den 6 gebuchten Zimmer waren um 16:15 Uhr nur 3 bezugsbereit
- die Zimmer waren nicht klimatisierbar
- ein Zimmer hatte nur frische Wäsche, aber keine Reinigung
- die beschriebene Ausstattung für Wellness fehlte: Bade-Mäntel, -Schuhe, -Tücher.
- Reinigungspersonal schien überfordert zu sein (meiner Meinung nach unterbesetzt)
- die Interaktion zwischen Hotel und Restaurant schien ungeregelt zu sein, z.B. wurde der Zutritt zum Frühstück nicht kontrolliert
- das Frühstücksbüffet war Ok, aber oft partiell einfach leer. Die Leute lauerten manchmal auf den Nachschub, oder begnügten sich mit dem, was gerade verfügbar war.

Trotz dem Bemühen des Personals hatte man das Gefühl, dass hier ein professionelles Management fehlt

The hotel is looking rather tired throughout.
Bathrooms have been updated recently and good.
The pillows and duvets were very poor with no suitable alternatives.
At breakfast tables not set and you had to get your own cutlery etc.
On busier days items at breakfast ran out and not replenished

This property, the views, the rooms, even the pillows are wonderful. Truly a luxury experience.

Das Appartement ist etwas gar karg eingerichtet, und für diesen Preis darf der TV auch deutlich grösser sein...

Wir haben nach Besichtigung der Frühstückauslage schweren Herzens und hungrig auf die Einnahme verzichtet. In einem Blindtest würde ich so ein Frühstück in einem durchschnittlichen ** vermuten, mit Ausnahme des Lachs, der aber auch vergleichsweise lieblos präsentiert wurde. Das Personal schien am Sonntagmorgen von der Gästezahl offensichtlich überfordert. Ich habe als Getränk weiter nur Wasser entdeckt, keine Säfte! Einzig ein (nach meiner visuellen Einschätzung) gutes Vollkornbrot sowie ein paar aufgebackene Mini-Croissants. Nach ca. 5-10 Minuten wurden Speck und eine Eierspeise aufgefüllt. Nicht klar, wann der Kaffee vom Service bei dieser Organisation und Belastung gebracht worden wäre.

Es scheint ein klares Konzept zu fehlen. Oder ist es das Resultat einer unglücklichen Arbeitsteilung in diesem Etablissement, wo die Beherbung und die Restauration (nach Bestätigung meiner Rückfrage bei Vewandten des Restaurantbetreibers) unabhängig voneinander geführt werden. Das Essen am Abend sah gut aus, aber als Pensionsgast würde ich mit diesem Tagesstart-Angebot ausflippen!

De losstaande airco maakte veel lawaai en de kerkklok luidt elk kwartier (kunnen ze niks aan doen uiteraard). Voor grootte van hotel is de parkeergelegenheid te klein en zijn er te weinig strandbedjes.

Frühstück war um 9.30 fast leer,Personal überfordert.Um 10 Uhr dann wieder aufgefüllt,außer Brot.
Sonnenschirme am Pool muss man selbst in die Erde stecken,Liegematten stinken,WC am Pool eklig.
Gang war um 14 Uhr total schmutzig.

The Hotel had a function on when we arrived . We were not allowed to use the Bar or dine in the Hotel on the evening.

We were advised to use the Hotel next door. The food and service next door was very good.

War nichts auszusetzen.
