Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir in ein Zimmer gebracht, das absolut nicht bewohnbar war. Die Betten waren lediglich zusammengestellte Bettgestelle ohne Matratzen. Auf dem Boden lagen Getränkedosen, der Fernseher stand ebenfalls auf dem Boden und das Badezimmer bzw. WC machte den Eindruck, als würde sich das gesamte Zimmer noch mitten in einer Baustelle befinden. Überall waren Holzstücke und unfertige bzw. herumliegende Materialien.

Der Anblick war für uns wirklich ein Schockmoment – mit einem solchen Zustand hätten wir niemals gerechnet und schon gar nicht damit, dort mit unserer Familie schlafen zu müssen. Die Fotos sprechen meiner Meinung nach für sich.

Nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, wurde uns schließlich ein anderes Hotel angeboten. Allerdings mussten wir zunächst 3 Stunden fahren und anschließend vor Ort noch einmal ungefähr 2 Stunden warten, bis überhaupt eine Lösung gefunden wurde.

Insgesamt war die gesamte Situation extrem enttäuschend und stressig. Nach einer langen Anreise möchte man ankommen, ein sauberes und bezugsfertiges Zimmer bekommen und sich ausruhen – stattdessen mussten wir uns stundenlang mit dieser Situation auseinandersetzen.

Für mich persönlich eine absolut unzumutbare Erfahrung und definitiv keine Art, wie man Gäste empfangen sollte. Die Bilder zeigen den Zustand des Zimmers deutlich. Ich kann dieses Hotel aufgrund dieser Erfahrung leider überhaupt nicht weiterempfehlen.

Für die Durchreise ist es ein guter Standort.
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut. Alles war gut zu erreichen, wenn man gut zu Fuß ist. Der Parkplatz war nicht so groß, hatten jedoch Glück einen guten Parkplatz zu bekommen. Für die Zukunft wäre ein befestigter Parkplatz wünschenswert.

Cons:

Das Frühstück könnte etwas vielfältiger sein, aber für eine Übernachtung ist es in Ordnung.

Graz zachwyca
Pros:

Położenie przy dworcu głównym, w odległości spaceru do historycznego centrum 20-25min. Na dworcu duży sklep czynny nawet w niedzielę, a także kilka barów. Przystanek tramwajowy pod hostelem, bar przy recepcji, proste i szybkie zameldowanie jak i wymeldowanie. Pokój standardowy z wygodnym łóżkiem,miejscem na rzeczy, stolikiem i dwoma pufami. W łazience kosmetyki oraz suszarka do włosów. Czysto, schludnie. W oknach żaluzje pozwalające kontrolować oświetlenie. Wi-Fi działało. Zatrzymał bym się tam ponownie 👍

Telewizor był ale nie funkcjonował z powodu słabego sygnału internetowego.
