Zapach papierosów, którego.nie można było się pozbyć. Na booking rezerwacja była z informacją że w cenę pobytu wliczone jest śniadanie jednak okazało się że śniadanie nie było wliczone do ceny musieliśmy dokupić przez aplikację. Wydaje mi się że nie powinno się wprowadzać klienta w błąd na booking jeżeli nie dolicza się śniadań.

Pros:

It was basically what I paid for, a room. Big in size and nice window view.

Cons:

They don't clean the rooms in between guests. I guess you have to specifically request the room to be cleaned? I was only there for one night, so I was kind of just stuck with a dirty room.

Das Personal war sehr bemüht auch das Problem mit dem online Check in zu lösen… meines Erachtens das beste an dem Hotel ist das Personal
- Zimmer Ausstattung und Frühstück waren ebenfalls in Ordnung!

Cons:

Online Check in hat nicht richtig funktioniert. Die Zahlung wurde zwar sofort abgebucht, aber das Zimmer zu bekommen war dann ein Problem!!

Pros:

Very near to train station - walking distance, trams, bus stop just a few meters away from the hotel, private rooms were very neat, clean and quiet atmosphere, no noise.
This hotel has a laundry room too.

Cons:

The common kitchen near the reception was very dirty, trash bins were full - not emptied out, sink area not clean . They do not let you check in before 15:00 Hrs even if the rooms are available and cleaned.

Отличное месторасположение недалеко от центра, рядом с ЖД вокзалом. До центра на трамвае 4 остановки. Есть магазины рядом. Парковка во дворе.

Cons:

Нельзя оплатить наличными, только картой.

Très proche de la gare principale donc pratique (on entend par conséquent les trains). Salle de bain vaste et propre, lits confortables, rien à redire.

Leider keine laktosefreie Milch, weder an der Bar, wie auf der Tafel angeschrieben, noch beim Frühstück.
