Comfortable room, hotel at a strategic location and breakfast is excellent.
At the street side, it is noisy.
The breakfast buffet is okay if you don't mind the lack of sneeze shields and shared utensils. And the swimming pool is okay if you don't mind the attendants bothering you. Actually I guess I'd rather the attendants dialed it back a bit, constantly hovering at the buffet. Although there were times when my water glass remained empty for some time, and the constant rushing past you. And constant greetings can take a toll on a weary traveler.
The beds were okay, though the pillows were difficult to fluff. Somehow they've cracked the issue of smelly, sweaty pillows from previous guests, because I didn't notice that at all. It's too bad the desks are too small, the outlets loose in that plugs don't stay plugged, and there's always some kind of broken thing in the bathrooms, this time the sink drain plug revealing an icky, rusty, bio film coating the drain beneath. I called to ask for water to be brought up and was ignored, but when I called again it was delivered. Outside, the infrastructure, sidewalk, traffic, are unacceptable. I shouldn't have to dodge debris, knee-height random ropes, giant curbs, broken curbs, uneven sidewalk, tree roots, garbage, beggar children and traffic to get to the 7-11 or nearby restaurants. Nothing has changed since I was first here in 2003; nothing. And you know the reason. And the fumes made me sick, including auto exhaust, diesel fumes, spilled gasoline, varnish and paint, and the dry, poorly filtered air conditioning. Bronchitis is the diagnosis, antibiotics prescribed, and I'm lucky it's not worse.

The place was beautiful- everything was almost perfect. I have been to many hotels and this was almost one of the best I visited in a long time but unfortunately…
Unfortunately I got my new shirt cleaned and they completely ruined it. I told very nicely what happend to help them(maybe the machine was not cleaned in a long time) and hopefully not pay for my now completely ruined shirt -
But instead they wanted to fight against it telling me that I was in the wrong and all the stains was there already which was a complete lie. I work in service myself so I was a bit shocked that this was how they handled the situation and instead I payed for my now completely ruined shirt which I already was a bit sad about but did not want to show…. There was also staines on all our light clothing

Hotel je ispunio očekivanja. Osoblje je ljubazno, hotelske sobe čiste i prostrane, a doručak je bogat i ukusan.
Cijela obitelj je uživala na teresi sa bazenom na krovu hotela.
Mikro lokacija nije najbolja za pješačenje, ali vas taxi relativno brzo i povoljno može odvesti do povijesne jezgre ili obližnjg shoping centra.
Huge room, comfy bed, big bathroom with waterfall shower. The restaurant was also wonderful with great options and tasty cocktails. Staff were friendly and always helpful
Only thing was the TV was very small for the room.
The entire hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are large and clean, the bathroom is beautiful, and the breakfast is delicious. The hotel bar is well-stocked. On the top floor, there's a spotless pool with a view of Cebu City. I highly recommend it. The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, with McDonald's and JoleneBe nearby.

Great location, comfortable and friendly staff. It’s our second time coming to this hotel. It became our favorite every time we came home for vacation in Cebu.
