Pros:

The hotel facilities and staff were very good. We chose a superior room which was spacious, good Aircon and nice hot shower.
Every member of staff was very professional, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
They are all a credit to the hotel.
Good choice of foods at breakfast buffet and the rooftop swimming pool and lounge area was also nice and well maintained.
