Lovely
Pros:

Love the hotel - have wanted to stay for a while and could never get a room. Was given a room on the ground floor next to reception and was worried it would be noisy but it was not - an extra door between us. Result a fantastic room with an amazing view of the canal literally outside the window. Staff were very kind and helpful - hopefully I'll get a room next time (the same would be great!)

Cons:

Not a terrible complaint but the light switches had lost their information and it took me a while to work out which was which.

Cons:

Je n’ai pas apprécié le manque d’hygiène + salle de bain pas au top du top.. un bain bulle non fonctionnel - essuie pas propre - air conditionné non fonctionnel dans la chambre

Great location- not recommended for older people who will battle with alot of stairs.
Pros:

The location and exceptionally helpful and friendly staff.

Cons:

No lift - 3 flights of narrow stairs to climb. No working aircon in the room except for a portable one which you need to run a pipe out of the window. Window cannot stay open, pin wedged under it so it also cannot be completely closed if you run the portable aircon.
