Budget friendly but not high end.
Pros:

Good for families. More of a budget friendly hotel. Breakfast was limited to coffee, juice, and a waffle or biscuit. Would have loved a full breakfast.

Cons:

Not on the ocean or near the beach

The rooms were clean and staff was kind

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were gross. Could use a deep clean. Also breakfast could use some sort of potato and meat. It was mostly breaded items that aren't very health friendly. The elevator was super creaky

Home away from home in Seaside
Pros:

Great location for a stay in Seaside. Staff, especially Kim, were super welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with proteins offered (which isn't always the case!), plus we were treated to freshly baked cookies at the end of long days exploring.

Cons:

I wished the workout room had cleaner for guests to wipe down the machines with after working out. Ventilation would also have been helpful; the tiny room smelled like sweat, which was unappealing.

Great stay
Pros:

Loved the location, the room, the amenities. It was right by the river, beautiful scenery. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had everything we could need. The complimentary breakfast was great as well as the late night snacks

Not the worst stay, but did not meet my expectation.
Pros:

The room was fairly clean and comfortable

Cons:

Very small parking we had a car on the bigger size. We were very worried that I will be dented by cars parked next to our.
Another thing that very little choice for breakfast, no potato or scrambled eggs. Only for these reasons, I will not be booking this hotel again.

Enjoyed it ! Loved the river view.
Pros:

Easy access to beach and restaurants. The fire pits are nice amenity.

Cons:

I appreciated the breakfast but adding some hot eggs and sausage/bacon as an option would be great!

We had a pleasant stay! We love Seaside!
Pros:

Good breakfast. Friendly staff! Nice place. Love that all the shops and restaurants and beach were in a walking distance of the hotel.

Cons:

We wanted the room to be bigger for the price. Beds could be softer with a thicker blanket.
