River Inn at Seaside

Clean, really nice property. Looked to be fun for young families. Everything was clean and comfortable and staff were wonderfully polite. Good location.

Clayton welcomed us so warmly when we first arrived, immediately making us feel valued and at home. Our room was still being cleaned, so we stepped away for a little while. When we returned, another wonderful staff member, Kim—who also mentioned that she goes by April—assisted us. She was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful. The warmth shown by both Clayton and Kim/April was the perfect beginning to another wonderful stay at the hotel our family has loved for nearly two decades.

Visiting Seaside at least twice a year—during the summer and sometimes at Christmas—has become a treasured family tradition. We have stayed at this same hotel for almost twenty years, and returning truly feels like coming to our second home. Our boys grew up staying here, and they never want to stay anywhere else when we visit Seaside. This hotel is part of their childhood memories and our family story.

The next day, we were overjoyed to see Jeremy. As always, he greeted us with his big heart, a warm hug, and genuine happiness. His kindness means so much to our family. It was also wonderful to see Colleen, who helps take care of breakfast. She was so happy to see us, and we truly enjoyed talking and catching up with everyone.

Marbel, our wonderful housekeeper, does an amazing job. Her care, hard work, and attention to detail help make every stay comfortable and special. We are also deeply grateful to all the other staff members whose names we may not know but whose familiar faces we recognize. Everyone always seems genuinely happy to see our family, and that feeling is priceless.

Even when staff members change over the years, the hotel’s loyalty, warmth, and excellent service remain the same. The staff know us so well that they even call our favorite room “Martha’s room” and usually make sure we can stay there. Although it was already taken during this visit, they still thoughtfully gave us another very good room, and we truly appreciated their care.

It’s so clean and everyone was so friendly! It met every single need!

Breakfast was delicious! Location is great cause it’s super convenient and close to everything while also being a great price and not ridiculously priced 😀 clean, friendly staff, fun pool, awesome bonus play structure outside for the kids, and the awesome fire pits! The only bad thing is how slow the elevator is, but it’s not really that bad. It would just prob be nice for people if it could be updated at some point to be a liiiiiiittle faster. This was our second time staying here, and we absolutely will stay here EVERY TIME we stay in seaside!

The only drop in score was the temp. control in the room was inconsistent. Large variation in temperature before the air-conditioning would turn on and no constant fan for air movement

Great location , close to town. Being provided a crib was nice accommodation.

Privacy - room service didn't enter without consent / request.
Breakfast - could've used a bit more protein based breakfast for diabetic diet but was still very nice to have the breakfast included...and coffee always available...and love the fresh baked cookies (husband :-) ).

We have been here several time. We bring our grandchildren. Great location and lovely hotel.

The staff was very kind, communicative in regard to where amenities were, breakfast hours and the times for amenities! The lobby was clean upon entering, we were nicely greeted immediately by Kimberly. The room was very tidy, clean and tons of extra towels which we liked. We got a corner 2nd floor room, the balcony was the perfect touch facing the river!

I've stayed here before, love the location. Away from the noise of the main strip, but close enough to walk everywhere!
