Hotel 33

Room we stayed in was a family room with 2 separate rooms across a corridor where the bathroom was. The main room which held one single and one double bed was dirty. The beds were slightly stained and some suspicious bugs jumped when we moved the blanket. The fridge was very dirty and surfaces covered in coffee rings from previous guests, there was also somethingsuspiciousin the draws or the bedside table. The room smelled strongly of weed which didn't go even after leaving the window open over night. Carpet was also very dirty. We didn't meet the host at all, although an angry person shouted at us through a ring door bell on arrival. The carparks nearby were very expensive and we needed to try 2 before we could pay to park (not the hotels fault, I know, but I don't think it should display as a hotel with parking as the parking isn't really close or convenient). If you are in the family room, the stairs are really steep. We all slept in the smaller room (4 or us in one double bed) for one night, as this room was at least clean. We left before our second night as the smell of weed and the dirty beds were a real put off. Shower was a tickle and only temperature was very hot- room was full of steam as there were no extractor fans there. We have stayed in much cheaper places, which we understand that the get what you pay for but this was not cheap and really left us disappointed

We got down graded from the king room to double and no refund... we got told that's all they got left... we booked this nearly a year ago so it was done well in advance... they messed up and we paid the price... this is the 2nd year in a row we stayed here... last year was fantastic hence booking it again this year but it had different owners... the room had drawings from a child on the walls and mould in shower... bits all over the carpet... last year was spot on... won't be coming back to this hotel next year

Wir waren im obersten Stockwerk und hatten kaum Wasser zum Duschen.

For £80 a night,This is not a hotel, this is a house with rooms.you just got a room no breakfast.No wardrobe just coat hanger to hang on wall.If you wanted to sit down you had to sit on bed.Room didn't look like the photos.very over priced for only a room.

We were in room 9, it is a small room which was alright for the price. Unfortunately the water in the room was not great, there appeared to be very little pressure on the cold water which made showering difficult. We complained ant the staff did offer that we could use another room but we did manage to use the shower but it wasn't ideal. Mattress was uncomfortable, could feel the springs. We advised of this in the morning and the staff took this on board so hopefully they can sort these problems.

No one there in person to ask if I could drop bags off but after a phone call sorted within 3 min
