Very clean
We stayed on the top floor, we woke in the morning to no cold water in the bathroom tap and absolutely no pressure in the shower, just a trickle of boiling hot water, we were unable to shower. There was nobody present so I send a message to make them aware. I am more disappointed that dispute emailing the hotel to inform them of the water issues, I have not receive a response 3 days later. Very bad customer service.
Good location with plenty of parking close. Small fridge in room, plenty of storage.

We found it to be very clean, good value for money and spacious inside the bedrooms (we had the deluxe family room). Staff were welcoming & helpful on arrival.
There seemed to be an issue with the plumbing. In the sink we had to hold the tap down to turn it & get cold water. The shower was poor with water stopping & starting while we were in there / no cold water.

Host we amazing nothing was a problem. Love this hotel been many times and will most definitely return and recommend.
Good location. Only a short walk to prom,shopping centre and also Winter Gardens where we were attending a function. Not far from Tower too.
My wife is a cleaner and she wasnt impressed with the cleanliness of the toilet/shower room. More attention needed in there.
Ok hotel ,stayed here this weekend for last 3 years. Could do with better attention to cleaning in bathroom.
