great overnight stay.
Pros:

Clean and well furnished room. Staff were very responsive and helpful - excellent service. Food was very good. definitely will stya there again on my next trip

A lovely village in with great staff and food.
Pros:

Very friendly check in, including being bought to my room. Varied menu with both value meals and fine dining options. Reasonably priced drinks menu.

Cons:

Shower is slippery so needs an in room bath mat for infirm guests.

One quiet night
Pros:

Very peaceful, beautiful village, the inn was clean and comfortable

Cons:

The overnight stay with breakfast was a ok price. The food lunch time was a bit on the pricey side.

Would stay again but not have breakfast option and would request a chair in room
Pros:

Evening meal was good.
1st night lack of staff. Felt a little abandoned.
Bathroom good .

Cons:

Breakfast not value for money. No option of yoghurt fruit or cereal. Not clear only one choice from menu. Pancakes were hard and tasteless.
Breakfast served then no sign of staff again.
Manager very abrupt manner.

The staff were all great! Really interested in wonderful service, but in an authentic and friendly manner. It really stood out.

And the village setting is just lovely.

Cons:

It would be helpful to have a fan in the room to help cool it down.

Beautiful rural pub
Pros:

Lovely little village. Close to motorway and great location to explore the area.
Room was clean and nicely decorated. Comfortable bed.
