Very helpful staff and convenient location
Pros:

The lodge is just opposite to the bus stop to Banff, so it is very convenient for access to Banff if you don't drive. Staff were very helpful in answering our questions.

Cons:

The pillows are a bit too high for us. It would be better if some softer and lower pillows are available for us.

Cons:

Le prix est totalement excessif.
Le prix de ce type de Motel se situe à 100/120€ la nuit.
Mais en aucune manière 320€
Nous avions malheureusement réservé deux nuits et avons eu comme voisine la buanderie du Motel… Bruit des machines à laver ou à sécher mitoyen de la chambre, mais ouf, pas après 22h nous assura le responsable à la réception.😱
Le radiateur de chauffage, la VMC et le réfrigérateur émettent des bruits tous plus insupportables les uns que les autres.
Le café de la seconde matinée n’est pas renouvelé.
Bref une expérience à éviter sur cette très belle route qui mène de Calgary à Jasper.

A prime location, although was not worth the amount of money we spent to stay here. Was a tad cheaper as it is about a 2

prime location, great facilities e.g bbq area, friendly staff, clean and tidy room

Cons:

Poor value for money, holes in roof of bathroom filled with tissues, broken flyscreen, broken heater. Bedroom window faces right onto the carpark.

Pros:

The location and room size

Cons:

Old furnitures, there is no box for shower and still in an old tube with shower, what is terrible to get in and spread water in the whole bathroom. Overpriced for the facilities that it has.

The owners would be advised to invest in the whole look of the hotel - or to drop the price.
Pros:

The girl at the desk was kind enough to upgrade us to a two room apartment which was a vast improvement over room 108. The location is good but almost everything else was very disappointing considering the price we paid.

Cons:

Initially, we were put into room 108. It was quite shocking. The overall appearance was shabby and the furniture was very old. The mattress was too soft, the bathtub was rusty and there was hardly any room to move. I really wonder when, if ever, removations have been done on this hotel. The condition of out upgraded room was better but still not value for the $500 per night we spent. The outdoor rugs are badly stained, the mattress there was too soft, the whole place, even reception felt very cheap and shabby - all in all, very disappointing.

Pros:

We stayed for one night. They stay was comfortable, close to the places we wanted to visit and had stunning views of the mountains.

Cons:

The hot tub was too hot. The rooms were a little dated and run down although it suited the purpose of our stay.😊
