Luxury
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel. The staff was exceptional—always warm, friendly, attentive, and ready to make our experience special. The food at the restaurant was excellent, with delicious dishes and great service. The entire property is beautifully maintained, and you can really see the care and attention given to every detail. The peaceful atmosphere, beautiful surroundings, and outstanding hospitality made our stay truly memorable. We would definitely love to return.

Servicio excepcional y un lugar espectacular

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los que nos hemos hospedado.

Desde que llegamos nos recibieron con una calidez increíble. Todo el personal fue súper amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. Un detalle que nos encantó fue que nos llamaban por nuestros nombres, algo que hizo que la atención se sintiera muy cercana y especial.

Las instalaciones son espectaculares. La habitación era amplia, las camas comodísimas, el jacuzzi fue un plus y las vistas simplemente hermosas.

La comida estuvo deliciosa y el Tour de los Monos fue de las mejores experiencias que vivimos. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

Gracias a todo el equipo por hacernos sentir tan bien. Sin duda es un lugar al que nos encantaría regresar.

El hotel entrega una estadía soñada.
Es precioso, cada detalle de la infraestructura está cuidadosamente elegido. La habitación maravillosa, es espaciosa, con vista al lago. El hotel dispone de te y café y agua de cortesia en la habitación

El personal del hotel super simpáticos, saben muy bien cuando conversar contigo y cuando darte tu espacio. Responden consultas, te ayudan a organizar tu viaje.

Una experiencia de lujo

Cons:

Agregaría un perchero o algo similar en la terraza para poner a secar los traje de baño

Por otro lado, como el hotel está en una zona "alejada", a unos 20 minutos de Flores, no es sencillo salir y volver, por ejemplo a comprar, nosotros pensamos en este hotel como "un retiro", y funciona bien así.

On a passé un séjour magnifique dans ce bel hotel!! On a été très bien reçu, le staff est très gentil, attentionné et professionnel. Le site est merveilleux et les chambres sont spacieuses très confortables avec de très belles vues.

We stayed at Las Lagunas Boutique Hotel in April and can honestly say it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed. The room was exceptional, with beautiful attention to detail and lovely toiletries that made it feel extra special. The food was delicious throughout our stay, and every member of staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly.

The complimentary monkey tour on the hotel’s boat was an unforgettable experience and the perfect finishing touch to an amazing stay. We would highly recommend this hotel and would love to return one day.
