Personal war seh freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Der Pool und Wellnessbereich sind mit extra Kosten verbunden. Wie eine Badekappe (Pflicht) kostet ca.5€ pro person.

Ich mag es nicht, wenn man mich anlügt.

Das Frühstück war nicht schlecht.

Cons:

Es gab sehr viele Mängel. Angefangen damit, dass uns bei der Ankunft gesagt wurde, die Klimaanlage sei defekt und würde am nächsten Tag repariert werden, was jedoch nicht geschehen ist. Außerdem waren die Schließfächer im Schwimmbad beschädigt, die Dusche im Zimmer war defekt, und selbst eine einfache Toilettenbürste fehlte im Zimmer. Aus diesen Gründen sind wir einen Tag früher in ein anderes Hotel umgezogen.

5 sterren hotel niet waardig
Pros:

Bed, douche en ruimte

Cons:

Airco deed het niet. Het was behoorlijk warm, nachtrust was daardoor erg slecht.
We hebben vaker op 1 dag moeten bellen voor flessen water, thee en koffie.
Erg jammer dat de koelkast het niet goed deed.
Waardoor wij lauwe drank haalden uit de koelkast.

Very big hotel with great variety of breakfast
Pros:

Big selection of breakfast. Swimming pool and gym are great. The room was spacious.

Cons:

We did not receive each day bottle of warer for 3 people, Shower gel needed to be filled, but generally if yoy told The cleaning service to clean, they cleeaned.

Персонал вежливый

Cons:

Чистота номеров. Очень грязные окна. Пыль. Мусор на полу. Грязная раковина. На зеркале следы зубной пасты от других посетителья. В номере люкс смежная дверь с другим номером и слышно соседей.

Naja , habe mehr erwartet. Die Fotos sind schöner als da s Hotel. Nicht wirklich sauber , unbequeme Betten und schlecht gelaunte Mitarbeiter.
