Pros:

The staff was amazing and so personable, the room was clean and comfortable . The hotel overall was very clean and accommodating.

Pros:

The staff was great. We were even upgraded to a bigger room since we were a party of 5. I wish I could remember the name of the young lady that admitted us because she was very professional and friendly. The breakfast crew were just as kind and friendly.

Cons:

All the mattresses were horrible. We had 2 king beds and one sofa bed. We all woke up with back aches. I was looking forward to that classic feel good hotel bed but was very disappointed. The hotel definitely needs to invest in new mattresses. Also, the cleaning crew can do a much better job. The baseboards and window sills are dusty and the corners in the bathroom are very neglected. The room needs a complete deep clean.

I’d stay here again
Pros:

Very nice and close to concert venue and highway !

Cons:

The bars around got pretty loud in the middle of the night due to party ppl but it wasn’t terrible

Location was cool and in a hip spot. The room was awesome for a solo traveler. Had everything I needed and lots of cool lighting to play with. I appreciated that there was some recessed lighting for evening. Staff was very friendly nice and helpful. Good coffee in the morning. I liked the starbucks cafe downstairs. It was good. Liked th elobby.

Cons:

Honestly i liked most things. The parking was good but I was a little confused if it was a part of the hotel property because how I entered it. I entered from the west side of Fayette St so I couldnt see that it was attached to the hotel. Turns out it was and was also super convenient.
