Ottima qualità del cibo e camere confortevoli.

Cons:

La mia valutazione subisce il peso che ha avuto l'atteggiamento dello staff rispetto alle nostre esigenze - nostro malgrado un componente della famiglia ha avuto un incidente che lo ha costretto a letto - quindi, su suggerimento dell'assistenza clienti di Booking, abbiamo chiesto se potessero venirci incontro in qualsiasi modalità. Tuttavia, lo staff si è dimostrato decisamente scortese e sbrigativo. Peccato perché ci piace tanto la Romagna proprio per il calore e l'accoglienza delle persone, che però non abbiamo trovato in questa struttura (ad eccezione della prima signora che ci ha risposto al telefono, di cui purtroppo non ricordo il nome!)

Schöner Aufenthalt
Pros:

Wir waren eine Woche im Hotel Caesar und haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war durchweg sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war. Auch das Frühstück hat uns gut gefallen, besonders das frische Brot. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls toll.

Cons:

Einen Kritikpunkt gibt es allerdings bei der Zimmerreinigung.Nach der Reinigung war teilweise noch Sand auf dem Boden, unter den Betten befand sich Staub und insgesamt wirkten die Böden nicht richtig sauber. Außerdem wurden benutzte Handtücher teilweise mitgenommen, ohne neue hinzulegen, sodass wir mehrfach nach frischen Handtüchern fragen mussten.
Auch das Bett war leider nicht besonders bequem, da man die Federn der Matratze teilweise deutlich im Rücken gespürt hat. Abgesehen davon hatten wir eine wirklich schöne Woche. Besonders das freundliche Personal, das gute Essen und die tolle Lage haben uns sehr gefallen.

Für die Dauer okay, aber als Anregung auf Sauberkeit und Frühstück achten
Pros:

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral - alles gut zufuß erreichbar und sonst gibt es den Bus vor der Türe

Sehr hellhörig. Sauberkeit nicht wirklich gegeben.
Der Whirlpool richtig ekelhaft und hat gestunken
Frühstück ausbaufähig und das Personal beim Frühstück nicht wirklich motiviert

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen und etwas hellhörig, uns persönlich hat das aber nicht gestört.
Besonders positiv fanden wir die Kinderfreundlichkeit. In jedem Bereich gab es etwas zum Spielen – sogar direkt am Strand. Auch beim Essen war für die Kinder immer etwas dabei. Jeden Mittag und Abend gab es zusätzlich zum Dessert eine große Auswahl an Eissorten mit Sahne und verschiedenen Toppings – unsere Kinder waren begeistert! 🍦
Das Essen war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich, mit einer großen Auswahl für jeden Geschmack. Auch mit Glutenunverträglichkeit gab es viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders die Desserts waren ein Highlight: täglich wechselnde Kuchen sowie immer Obst und Pudding.
Das Betreiber-Ehepaar war sehr freundlich und herzlich. Der Betreiber kam beim Essen regelmäßig persönlich vorbei und fragte, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Auch das gesamte Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Viele Mitarbeiter kannten ihre Gäste und merkten sich teilweise sogar die Zimmernummern – dadurch fühlte man sich wirklich persönlich wahrgenommen.
Liegen und Sonnenschirm am Strand kosten Ende August 15 € pro Tag (mittlere bis hintere Reihen). Eigene Strandstühle und Strandmuschel durfte man mitbringen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! ❤️

La cucina. Purtroppo davvero mediocre, bene per mangiarci uno o due giorni, dopo di che sembrava cibo da mensa. Mi spiace fare questo commento, ma un hotel 4 stelle non può permettersi un cuoco che non sa cucinare. Pasta sempre scotta, tutto insipido, abbinamenti sbagliati.
