Pros:

Servizio colazione oltre a pasti curati senza dimenticare pulizia ed organizzazione impeccabili. Parcheggio disponibile ampio. Piscina adeguata come servizio biciclette oltre che servizio spiaggia convenzionato a prezzi competitivi.

Cons:

La sistemazione (nota allo scrivente) in camera per 4 adulti si è rivelata un po’ scomoda.

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, der Strand und die Umgebung sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die tägliche Zimmerreinigung sowie der Handtuchwechsel wurden zuverlässig durchgeführt. Der Pool ist gepflegt und sauber, und die kostenlos nutzbaren Fahrräder waren eine angenehme Überraschung und in gutem Zustand. Positiv hervorzuheben ist außerdem die Qualität des Kaffees an der Bar. Auch das Abendessen hat uns teilweise sehr gut geschmeckt. Die Fotos des Hotels sind professionell gemacht und präsentieren die Anlage sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft fehlte uns eine grundlegende Einführung. Es gab keine allgemeine Information darüber, wo sich welche Einrichtungen befinden, welche Leistungen inkludiert sind und welche zusätzliche Kosten verursachen.

Die Anzahl der Parkplätze ist stark begrenzt. Bei unserer Ankunft konnte ich mein Fahrzeug zunächst nur hinter anderen Autos abstellen. An der Rezeption wurde ich gebeten, den Autoschlüssel zu hinterlegen, damit das Fahrzeug bei Bedarf umgestellt werden kann. Damit fühlte ich mich nicht wohl, da keine klare Regelung hinsichtlich einer Haftung im Schadensfall kommuniziert wurde. Letztlich fand ich noch einen sehr engen Parkplatz. Während unseres Aufenthalts haben wir jedoch bewusst auf Ausflüge mit dem Auto verzichtet, weil ungewiss war, ob wir anschließend wieder einen Parkplatz bekommen würden.

Die Realität entspricht leider nur teilweise den Bildern auf Booking.com. Die Zimmer wirken deutlich in die Jahre gekommen und erinnern eher an den Standard der 1980er Jahre. Die Betten sind sehr einfach, Steckdosen an den Nachttischen fehlen, und auch Möbel sowie Beleuchtung wirken veraltet. Trotz der täglichen Reinigung fanden wir unter dem Bett eine deutliche Staubschicht.

Die Klimaanlage funktioniert lediglich in den Zimmern und im Restaurant. In den übrigen Bereichen des Hotels war die Hitze teilweise sehr belastend. Für vier Etagen steht nur ein kleiner, veralteter Aufzug zur Verfügung, auf den man häufig lange warten muss. Für uns war das kein großes Problem, ältere Gäste könnten dies jedoch anders sehen.

Der als „Privatstrand“ beworbene Strand gehört tatsächlich einem externen Betreiber. Die Nutzung wurde am Ende mit zusätzlichen 75 Euro verrechnet. Darüber wurden wir im Vorfeld nicht ausreichend informiert.

Das Frühstücksbuffet empfanden wir als recht einfach. Besonders frisches Gemüse haben wir vermisst.
