Muchísimo ruido por las noches, el AC no funcionaba bien, los dormitorios tenían mal olor, el baño tenía ducha eléctrica y no funcionaba bien, las recepcionistas con mal trato y el desayuno buffet malo.

El ruido de la música y la fiesta afuera es impresionante, menos mal que nos tocó una habitación en un piso alto y no con vista a la playa (aún así se escuchaba) si no, imposible dormir. Esto en relación al hotel, PERO LO MAS GRAVE, es que para "Garantizar" la reserva (al reservar te hacen ingresar la tarjeta de igual manera en booking) me hicieron pagar por un link externo a booking en Bold, desde ese momento empezaron a hacer compras en Temu hasta que se me bloqueó la tarjeta, cuando me enteré tuve que denunciarla por robo. Una lástima que cuenten con empleados así, el hotel está bastante bueno y si no era por esto les hubiese dejado una buena review, deben controlar la clase de empleados con los que trabajan.

Pros:

Ótimo café da manhã, localização ótima para fazer tudo que se precisa caminhando (tirando o barulho noturno). Atendimento muito bem realizado e preocupados em ajudar com passeios e atrativos da região.

Cons:

Tirando o desconforto para dormi com barulho da beira mar com turistas virando a noite, no mais tudo perfeito.
