Buchung von einem Zimmer mit Frühstück über Booking erfolgt.
Als ich vor dem Hotel stand, habe ich schon meine Buchung bereut.
Hotel ist sehr runter gekommen, es bröckelt überall der Putz, der kleine Garten ist ungepflegt, liegt überall was rum..
Beim eintreten der gleiche verwahrlose Eindruck..
Habe mir kurz das Zimmer angesehen, konnte meinen ersten Eindruck nicht korrigieren..
Wollte gleich von meiner Buchung zurück treten, doch die Dame an der Rezeption wollte nichts davon wissen und hat mich an Booking verwiesen.
Habe danach dort storniert, doch ich erhielt eine Meldung das dass Hotel eine Stornierung abweist..
Hatte wenigstens auf eine Teilerstattung gehofft, da ich gar nichts in Anspruch genommen habe, doch es kam nichts..

Gestione indecente , arrivo in camera era una sauna , l’aria condizionata andava pianissimo , il bagno sporco con capelli nella doccia da fare schifo , avevano lasciato un costume da bagno da donna sporco , non c’erano gli asciugamani solo uno da bidè , risposta dello staff oggi non ci hanno portato gli asciugamani domani glieli diamo , colazione da mandargli i NAS 4 fette tristi di prosciutto cotto ingiallito che puzzava , del formaggio che dal caldo si era fuso 2 briosche tristi preso un cappuccino raccapricciante .
Preso bici pagata 10€ al giorno , con sellino rotto , chiesta sostituzione non l’avevano , però mi hanno fatto pagare lo stesso il noleggio non avendola usata .
Credo che una situazione così sia indecente da denunciarli .
Vorrei un rimborso perché è stata una situazione che non mi era mai capitata e sopratutto con un atteggiamento da parte dello staff di una maledizione tale che non nessuno si può permettere di avere tanto meno da una struttura recettiva .
Tutto assurdo mi domando come possa una struttura del genere essere aperta .

Posizione fronte spiaggia, convenzione con bagno Genzianella sempre di fronte alla struttura. Colazione curata, staff molto gentile.

Cons:

La camera era piccola ma accogliente, probabilmente appena rimodernata. Avevamo anche un comodo terrazzino, anche se non fronte mare. Purtroppo il terrazzo avrebbe avuto bisogno di qualche cura e dettaglio in più. La tv in camera non era funzionante, ma a causa dei recenti danni del maltempo.
