Above and beyond
Pros:

Just a shout out to staff who supported my adult son who has epilepsy. During the last visit, he had an episode in reception and the staff supported and calmed him and got him safely to a taxi home.
They went above and beyond.
Its also a great hotel that we frequent regularly. Would definitely recomment

It was a good stay

Room size was good

Cons:

First open room door and there was a cockroach running aroud in room....2nd the room smelled of SEWER for the entire stay ! 3rd when i checked out and needed a ride to catch the bus they wanted me to pay much more than the ride should cost.... it wasnt about the cost it was the way i was treated.... i walked around the corner and got a tuk tuk for 25% of the cost they wanted and wouldnt budge....Never again will i stay there !!

Great location and very nice rooms
Pros:

Location was great, cleaning staff were fantastic

Cons:

Air Con stopped working on the last 2 days. This made it very unpleasant in the room. Also the pool was closed for renovations for the last 5 days. We were only notified by a notice near the lift and were never offered any compensation.

Solides Hotel :-)
Pros:

Tolles Hotel, nettes Personal, zentral gelegen, viele Parkplätze. Wir haben hier lediglich Zwischenübernachtet und sind am nächsten Tag morgens direkt weitergezogen

Staff were like family !
Pros:

Breakfast, A/C, bathroom, beach shuttle, popcorn, Happy Hour beer, fridge, iron, complimentary water, table with chairs, roominess, cleanliness, amazing staff.

Cons:

Only one elevator=long waits.
Small pool area.
No blackout curtains.
Late night traffic noise from nearby main road.
Ancient, beaten-up ironing board.
