I would not recommend this hotel to family or friends. Overpriced for location and hospitality.

Cons:

Indoor pool was open, but extremely cloudy. Trash was scattered around the pool. No air circulating. Outdoor pool had ants on furniture. Staff was not welcoming or helpful.

Great hotel
Pros:

This was our second time to stay here on the way to see some family. We will be back. It’s got lots of amenities that my kids love: indoor pool, outdoor pool, games in the lobby and a great breakfast. It’s also very updated and clean.

Pros:

The hotel was clean and nestled in the mountains. I loved that it wasn't too far from Ruby Falls, and there were several nearby restaurants, as well as a Walmart if you needed to pick up anything. The price was affordable through Booking.com

Cons:

The staff who kept the breakfast bar were very nice; however, the breakfast could have been better. Breakfast ends at 10; we were down by 9, and practically everything was gone. So I didn't eat anything before our long drive out.

The staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. The rooms were extremely clean. Beautiful view of mountains from the pool.

Cons:

On the second night the guest above my room 306 keep me awake from 5am until after 9 am stomping and slamming the door so hard my bed would shake. This is no fault of hotel. It would be a great addition if there were quiet hours in hotels. I was exhausted and had to drive home that morning.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and made us feel right at home. The location was beautiful, with a scenic mountain backdrop that made it feel peaceful and relaxing. The complimentary breakfast was one of the best we’ve had at any hotel, with a great variety of delicious options. Overall, it was a restful and enjoyable stay, and we would gladly return.

Cons:

The only downside for me was that the mattress was a little too firm, which left my back feeling sore. Other than that, everything about our stay was excellent.

Comfortable location with great amenities
Pros:

Pool area was very nice. Breakfast was good options was even able to color with my daughter provided by hotel. Room was clean. Staff was informative with all areas and amenities.
