Parfait et agréable
Pros:

L'hôtel répond parfaitement aux attentes européennes.
C'est propre, le personnel est très aimable et prêt à satisfaire toutes les demandes des clients
Le service est rapide et soigné
La chambre est spacieuse et les lits confortables.
La salle de bain est moderne et propre
L eau de la piscine est claire et sans insecte ni saleté

Good hotel but lack a bit of upgrade
Pros:

The food served at breakfast was diverse and excellent. The people working at the restaurant were very professional.

Cons:

Good hotel but customer service not as pleasant and professional as at Holiday Inn in Jaipur and Aerocity. Also, the restroom was not very comfortable.

delightful stay would love to return in winters.
Pros:

Stayed from 27 ~ 29 Jun'26.
Xlnt property and extra courteous staff. Very professional security checking while entering the premises.
Reception - Very smooth check in / out. Staff is very polite and cheerful.
Food - B'fast was too good so was dinner thanks to Chef Mr Shamim and Mgr. Mr Ankit
Room - Mr Dharmender from house keeping ensured exceptionally clean / fresh room throughout the stay.
Pool - kids loved the pool and enjoyed a lot.
Car parking is available, staff in parking lot is helpful.
Overall a very pleasant stay. Cheers. !

It was excellent.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with elaborate choice of items. Taste was authentic, staff courteous and helpful.Seating was comfortable and spacious. Food items were warm enough. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Cons:

A bit delay in checkout. May be due to quite a large number of guests. (That too if you insist). Otherwise every thing was very nice.
We enjoyed holiday to the maximum.

Wonderful Property, Great Value for Money
