Mooie kamer en uitgebreid ontbijt

Our stay at Hotel Aurel in Podgorica was made truly exceptional thanks to the outstanding receptionist whose name I unfortunately don’t remember. From the very first moment, they welcomed us with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of care that immediately made us feel at home and valued as guests.
A particularly memorable touch was the heartfelt handwritten letter waiting for us in the room, which made our arrival feel personal and genuinely thoughtful. It was such a rare and meaningful gesture that immediately set the tone for a wonderful stay.
We were also delighted to find a beautiful welcoming platter prepared for us, which we truly appreciated after our journey. It was a generous and thoughtful surprise that reflected the hotel’s attention to detail and care for their guests.
The staff’s friendliness, attentiveness, and genuine desire to make our stay comfortable made our experience at Hotel Aurel unforgettable. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Podgorica and looking for both comfort and heartfelt hospitality.
The spa facilities were good and so were the junior suites.
Breakfast selection was poor and bar staff were not friendly. They sent someone to check your room before leaving. Saw them trying to charge someone for a broken glass before letting them leave - very strange.
Breakfast had good variety. The suana, steam room and jaccuzi was clean and relaxing.

There is nice kitchentte and stove but there were no kitchen utensils to cook in. We asked reception and there are none. There should be at least sauce pan or pot to warm things up.

Great room comfort, very clean, with exceptionally polite and welcoming staff. They went above and beyond to help us find vegan/ “posne” options during the breakfast and get my passports back (after forgetting them). You don’t often see this level of service!

De wellness. Heerlijke bedden en hoofdkussens. Wij sliepen aan de achterzijde van het hotel en hadden geen last van de doorgaande weg.
Airco stond erg koud. Deze was uit te schakelen door het raam open te zetten. Deze kreeg je vervolgens moeilijk dicht.
К сожалению, звукоизоляция окон очень плохая. А прямо под окнами оживленная дорога. Было очень громко.
