Elegancki hotel z bardzo wygodnymi pokojami i świetną strefą wellness, choć standard obsługi i dostępność podstawowych u

Bardzo ładny, elegancki hotel o wysokim standardzie. Pokoje są przestronne, nowoczesne i estetycznie urządzone, a łóżka wyjątkowo wygodne. Duży plus również za piękne, zadbane łazienki.

Na pochwałę zasługuje także strefa wellness z basenem, sauną i jacuzzi. Wszystko prezentowało się bardzo dobrze, a dodatkowym atutem był piękny widok. Hotel oferuje naprawdę komfortowe warunki do wypoczynku.

Spędziliśmy tutaj tylko dwie noce i większość czasu byliśmy poza hotelem, ale ogólne wrażenia z pobytu są pozytywne.

Cons:

Największym minusem były dla mnie dodatkowe opłaty oraz brak niektórych podstawowych udogodnień bezpośrednio w pokoju. Nawet zamówienie kawy do pokoju wiązało się z dodatkową opłatą w wysokości około 20 zł.

Zaskoczył mnie również brak szlafroków czy podstawowych akcesoriów higienicznych, takich jak szczoteczki do zębów. Aby je otrzymać, trzeba było kontaktować się z obsługą i o nie prosić.

W hotelu tej klasy oczekiwałabym, że takie rzeczy będą przygotowane w pokoju już na przyjazd gości. Konieczność każdorazowego kontaktowania się z recepcją jest po prostu mało wygodna i trochę odbiera poczucie luksusu, którego można oczekiwać od hotelu tej marki.

śniadanie bardzo dobre, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie :)

jedyny mankament to bar znajdujący się na parterze, panie w recepcji przemiłe ( pozdrawiamy Panią Kamilę :) za to kelner w restauracji zachował się bardzo nieprofesjonalnie. Czas oczekiwania na herbatę i piwo około 40 min :( na pytanie czy "dziś dostaniemy herbatę" odpowiedział "może pojutrze". mało stolików i wszystkie brudne:(
