It was unpleasant and not restful.
Pros:

The property is in a good location.

Cons:

The room was below the pool and had pool pump noises. Staff did not address the complaint. Because I traveled with my service dog I was treated like a second class citizen in the dining facility, asked to sit in the corner. The Hilton group is a US corporation and by the Americans With Disabilities Act yet they violated it and try to justify their violation by citing hygiene. Yet EU regulations also allow for service dogs.

Ideał i perfekcja.
Pros:

Jak dla nas to zupełnie inny level w branży hotelowej. Od samego progu gość czuję się wyjątkowo, fantastyczna Załoga, idealne pokoje, perfekcyjne śniadanie. Czego chcieć więcej?

Cena trochę za wysoka
Pros:

Bardzo miła obsługa przy zameldowaniu i wymeldowaniu, nie było problemu z uwzględnieniem prośby to bardzo na plus. Śniadania smaczne i świeże chodź przez dwa dni było dokładnie to samo.
Lokalizacja przyjemna, przy głównej ulicy ale też przy parku. Jest kawałek żeby przejść do słynnej Piotrkowskiej, to raczej trasa na dłuższy spacer. W bliskiej okolicy brakuje knajpek czy sklepów więc lokalizacja to taki plus/minus.

Cons:

Basen jak na taki duży hotel był malutki i płytki (0,9-1,2 m) w połączeniu z masą dzieci, krzykiem i chlapaniem się wodą dawało to słaby efekt. Widok też taki sobie, najlepszą część zasłania osłona basenu.
Cena za poprawność trochę za wysoka, pomino dotychczasowej sympatii do sieci następnym razem dokładniej zastanowię się nad wyborem.

Ļoti bagātīgas un gardas brokastis, ārkārtīgi tīri un kārtīgi numuriņi, pieejama SPA zona un lieliska apkalpošana. 🥰

Manā daudzu gadu ceļošanas pieredzē šī noteikti ir viena no fantastiskākajām viesnīcu pieredzēm — godīgi 10/10! ⭐️

Ceļojām ar bērniem, un arī par viņiem bija padomāts — lobijā pieejams bērnu stūrītis, numuriņos lietussargi, katru dienu tiek sakopti numuriņi un nomainīti dvieļi. Arī vakariņas bija ļoti gardas. 🍽️
