Location was excellent for late arrival off Eurostar and our departure on a night train two days later. We were able to leave luggage after checkout and collect before our evening train.

Some reviews had mentioned the area around the hotel and station not being very nice but was no worse than any other city centre station and didn’t feel unsafe.

Stayed overnight again prior to an early Eurostar the following morning. Extremely convenient location as the entrance is inside Midi station. The bar and restaurant are open late and not ridiculously priced. The room was clean and comfortable and we slept well ready for an early departure.

Reception staff very helpful regarding travel logistics when next day train strike affected travel to Rotterdam. Location convenient if arriving on a late Eurostar train.
Cleanliness of the room. Hairs in the bath, stained hand basin, shower control broken and batteries in the TV remote control were flat. This is not acceptable in any level of accommodation and paying € 292.70 for one night added insult to injury.
