Al vaker geweest , altijd goed deze keer zeer teleurgesteld ... ik had een boeking gemaakt en door verstrooid te zijn 2 x betaald achter elkaar , met 1 min verschil . de bal werd onmiddelijk afgeketst omdat ik een niet annuleerbare boeking veroorzaakt had met 1 min verschil wel te verstaan .... de betaling . De dag nadien was ons verblijf ... bij het inchecken nogmaals gemeld ... , nu zijn we meer dan een maand verder geen reactie op mails ik heb 7 mei een mail gekregen van een onthaal medewerker , waarop ik de betaal bewijzen heb doorgestuurd .... ik ben nog steeds op een oplossing aan het wachten .Via telefoon is het echter hopeloos want er spreekt niemand Nederlands in dit hotel in onze hoofdstad ... onbegrijpelijk :(

Location and staff
Not value for money.Paod for a very expensive room and it was absolutely not worth it apart from the views and location.
The restaurant we book at the hotel for my sister,they didn't have a chef that day. So they asked us to eat burger and pizzas when we booked for a special ocassion. We had to find another restaurant outside the hotel.And couldn’t refund me the money. Breakfast was just ok.
Honestly it was a total dissapointment.
The hotel is at the station. The Midi/Zuid is the main station in Brussels to connections to London, Paris, and Amsterdam. So super convenient if travelling by train. It is not the best location for sightseeing Brussels. The room was relatively large, clean and quiet. There is a grocery store and several places to eat at the station downstairs from the hotel. Taxi stop is right outside the hotel door.

Nie wieder Pullmann Brüssel. TV nur mit Bezahlsendern oder französisch. Seifenspender leer, Föhn kaputt.
In der Bar ist nichts los, trotzdem ewig gewartet, bis sich mal eine Dame zu uns bemühte. Toilette bei der Bar
nur mit Code.

Location is perfect for getting around Brussels. Our trip required us to move around Belgium by train a lot and it was perfect for that.
Because it’s in the station it feels a little overcrowded. Breakfast on the weekend was a madhouse.
