Personalul de la recepție este de un profesionalism ireproșabil. Angajații sunt extrem de amabili, receptivi, bine instruiți și oferă o asistență excelentă oaspeților, creând o primă impresie foarte bună.

Cons:

Din păcate, serviciile de curățenie din camere nu se ridică la același standard. Pe parcursul unui sejur de 6 nopți, în cameră nu s-a aspirat deloc și nu a fost schimbată lenjeria de pat, personalul de la housekeeping rezumându-se doar la înlocuirea prosoapelor. Este un aspect care necesită îmbunătățiri urgente din partea managementului.

durante toda a noite ouvia se uma chiadeira que vinha dos canos do chuveiro, foi impossível conseguir descansar.
