Cons:

Una sera non c è stata acqua calda nelle docce, la sera successiva per un ora non c era acqua
Colazione solo dalle 8 direi tardi perché se uno vuole partire presto per escursioni non può farla

Pros:

A reggeli nagyon finom, sokféle gyümölcs, joghurt, és emellett sós opciók is elérhetőek voltak.

A medence kellemes volt, a tengerparton jó volt pihenni babával is, árnyékos helyek is vannak. A víz sekély, májusban is meleg volt, de a nagy köveken túl úszni is lehetett.

Kaptunk vízforralót bébiétel melegítéséhez. Volt etetőszék, babaágy. Gyönyörű a kert. A közelben séta távolságra vannak jó éttermek.

Cons:

A teraszon nehéz szárítani a ruhákat, érdemes vinni ruhaszárító kötelet. Nincs szúnyogháló. Lehetett dohányozni a teraszon, és szomszédaink éjszaka is kinn cigiztek és buliztak, így nem tudtuk kisbabával kinyitni a terasz ajtót 2 éjszaka. Bolt eléggé messze van gyalogosan.

Sicuramente l'accoglienza, anche se abbiamo viaggiato proprio all'inizio della stagione. La calma. La dimensione della stanza, il terrazzino. Tzatzichi buonissimo! Prezzo decisamente onesto!

Cons:

La struttura non esattamente curata nei minimi dettagli. Ci sarebbe un grande margine di miglioramento. Io avevo chiesto specificamente se bar e ristorante nella struttura funzionassero a pieno regime nonostante l'inizio della stagione, mi è stato detto di sì, ma poi abbiamo scoperto che la cena non veniva servita in quel periodo (fine maggio).

la struttura è molto bella con uno splendido giardino di rose e bouganville al centro dell hotel! La piscina e la camera con terrazzo che danno sul mare il top!!

Relaxte rustige vakantie zonder massatoerisme.
Pros:

Heel schoon, elke dag nieuwe handdoeken en elke dag grondig gepoetst. Hele behulpzame en vriendelijke eigenaren

Cons:

An sich beviel ons alles al lag het wat afgezonderd. Je hebt echt een auto nodig.

Pros:

Don’t dare to complain if you’re not happy with any aspect of the service.

On arrival in the early hours of the morning, there was no-one on reception to greet us, despite this 4* hotel claiming to have a 24h reception.

We sat in the reception area for several hours with our very tired 5 year old daughter and as cleaners and other staff walked through, they told us reception would open at 8am. At 8.40am, the hotelier eventually wandered in and greeted us with “good morning”. Maybe for him but not for us, and when we pointed this out and refused to say good morning back, he became very angry - shouting, banging on the desk and even shouting in our young daughter’s face at one point.

He told us we were not welcome to stay because we wouldn’t say “good morning” to him and despite repeated conversations with the travel company (LoveHolidays) we were advised to leave.

The hotelier refused to refund our money for the week we’d planned to stay there and we had to pay out for another hotel. Loveholidays initially promised to transfer our booking but they didn’t adhere to this. We were lucky to have the means to pay for somewhere else but some people might not.

On our return, LoveHolidays continually referred our complaint back to the hotelier for approval - he lied, saying we’d shouted, sworn, been aggressive to his employees and had chosen to leave voluntarily. He had no evidence to support this (and LoveHolidays actually had evidence to prove otherwise) but they always took his word over ours and refused to acknowledge his poor customer service or more importantly, refund our money.

The most awful holiday experience ever.

Pros:

Place is the complex of buildings located on very beautiful territory decorated with flowers and plants, there is a beach right in front of the hotel and sunbeds are free to use. Room is spacious, there is a lovely balcony. We really loved the breakfast, it was well done with variety of sweet and salty dishes. There is also bar next to the pool where you can order snacks and drinks while being on the beach, that was very convenient. Hotel has free outdoors parking. All the staff members were nice and attentive, cleaning was good too, we could agree when we wanted to have cleaning and when not.

Cons:

The room and bathroom felt a bit outdated, also didn’t find the pillows very comfortable
The sound isolation between rooms and from the corridor was poor and we needed earplugs to sleep
Lack of drying rack, since it’s a beach place you’ll have a lot of wet clothes every day
