Nice rooftop poll, but noisy near main road and WiFi is on and off
Pros:

The rooftop pool is great with nice view. Bed is clean.

Cons:

The WiFi is shocking, on and off all the times. There are ants on the floor. Near the main road can hear all the noises

Staff at FO and Olivia from Spa was very professional and helpful person great !!! The rest is ok!!
Pros:

Indah was very helpful and “Trainee”also very switch on person ! Risky was good not risky at all👍 why no fridge and no slippers in the room ! Should warn people about that !!

Cons:

I don’t like that no fridge and no slippers !!
Slippers should be standard it may cost you Rp500 per room but it mean a lot to people !!

Cons:

The room I was initially given was near the road, and the traffic noise was very loud. I asked the staff on the same day if I could be moved to a quieter room. I was told someone would come the next day to let me know if a room was available, but no one came. I had to go back to the front desk myself.

At first, I was told the hotel was fully booked. Only after I explained that I would prefer a refund or to cancel my booking did they look for another option. Thankfully, I was eventually moved to a much quieter room, which was appreciated. However, it was a twin room even though I had originally requested a double bed.

Another issue was the hot water. When I went to take a shower, I discovered there was no hot water. I went to reception and was told that hot water was available on request. I would have really appreciated being informed about this when I checked in, rather than finding out when I needed to shower.

Overall, the staff eventually found solutions, but I feel that communication with guests could be much better.
