Pros:

Останавливался в этом отеле во время поездки в Шымкент. В целом впечатления неоднозначные.
Из плюсов:
Удобное расположение отеля.
Вежливый персонал, который старается помочь гостям.
Номер был чистым при заселении.
В целом отель подойдет для короткой остановки на 1–2 ночи, однако есть моменты, которые хотелось бы видеть улучшенными, особенно качество холодильника и размер спального места.

Cons:

Из минусов:
Кровать в номере оказалась довольно маленькой, особенно если привыкли к более просторным вариантам.
Холодильник практически не охлаждает продукты и напитки. Складывается впечатление, что он предназначен скорее как мини-бар или шкафчик, чем как полноценный холодильник.
Оснащение номера местами выглядит устаревшим и требует обновления.
