הכל היה נהדר,חדר מרווח יחסית לפריז נקי מאוד.בקבלה התחלפו כל העת צעירים וצעירות עם תודעת שירות מצויינת,עשו כל שביכולתם לתת פיתרונות.
המזגן בחדר היה ממש לא טוב,גם לא קירר וגם כבה כל כמה דקות ורק מהקבלה היה אםשר להפעילו,כך שזה היה בעייתי ומציק.

Good location very close to Luxembourg Gardens and could walk to Notre Dame Cathedral and the Seine. Comfortable room , exceptionally clean, and excellent breakfast. The staff were very accommodating and available 24/7. They arranged taxis for us and a fan during the heat wave- the air conditioning improved but was over taxed at first. The room was very quiet and neighborhood pleasant and not too noisy. The elevator is small and slow as in many older buildings of this type. we were very happy here and would stay here again. Lots of restaurants and pharmacies and shops close by.
Elevator small. Air conditioning could be a little more powerful but we were in top floor during the heat wave. And with the fan they provided we were comfortable and slept really well every night.
Great location on the Left Bank, right next to the Luxembourg Gardens. Very clean and tidy. Good luggage minding service too

Great location on the Left Bank. Great neighborhood cafes (Bread and Roses, Judy's) and restaurants. Gabriella was very helpful and lovely and spoke excellent English. She told me where I could find vegan food, an ATM, and decaf coffee (Starbucks). My husband greatly enjoyed the buffet breakfast (good selection at a reasonable price). We were grateful for the elevator (it's small, but functional) and the clean, modern shower with 2 shower heads. Very quiet at night. The hotel arranged a private car to take us to the airport for a fee. Communication with the property prior to our stay was outstanding.
There was a heat wave during our 4 night stay. While the hallways, lobby and dining area were all comfortably cool, our room was unbearably hot. The Front Desk kept lowering our room temperature remotely and gave us a portable fan, but it was too hot at night to sleep. Clearly there was a problem with our room AC, but the hotel said they were full and couldn't move us. They finally found us a cool room for the last night and waived my husband's breakfast fees as a gesture of good will. If it weren't for the unfortunate AC issue, it would have been a delightful stay.

Very friendly helpful young woman at the front desk. Nice room with good soundproofing. Good location for arrival at the MONTPARNASSE train station.
Better air conditioning would have been nice but we were there during an exceptional heat wave and the hotel did have air conditioning that worked.
The room was spotless and the beds were comfy. Staff were welcoming and helpful.
The size of the lift! A squeeze for more than one person with luggage. A fridge would have been useful.
I enjoyed the balcony even though I couldn’t sit on it
The a/c was locked so the room was hot, the tv was French and I was unable to change to English. I requested two beds. They put two beds next to each other.
Wir hatten ein etwas grösseres Zimmer gewählt und es hat sich absolut gelohnt.Hübsches Zimmer und super Klimaanlage. Konnten bei 37Grad Aussentemperatur herrlich schlafen und uns von ser Hitze erholen.
Können nichts bemängeln.
